Not only was my pizza I ordered online not done for an hour and a half, but I was also given the wrong pizza compared to what I ordered. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough not to look at the food before leaving - but I was waiting at the store for an hour and a half. I had things I needed to do. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, only to end up receiving a pretzel, possibly thin crust pepperoni pizza. Regardless, this location continues to have issues. It seemed like there was a major staffing issue, but it also looked like the employees that were there didn't have any sort of quickness to what they were doing. There was no one at the front counter for long periods of time, so I could never really ask anyone an ETA of when my food was going to be done. By the time I was finally able to, it has been well over an hour of waiting. And even then, I was given the wrong order. I feel bad for these employees, but I just couldn't tell that they were moving very quickly whatsoever. I've never had such a disappointing experience with and food related service worse than this location. It's not the end of the world, but this location really needs to get things figured out a bit better. There was no one trying to help customers or update them on why the wait even happened. The amount of people in that lobby was between 8-10 at any time. At one point, a couple of guys that were waiting just as long as I was, was able to check on regarding their food, and the woman (employee) told them she never had any order information from them. They told her that they literally ordered their food WITH HER at the counter. This was really not okay. Read moreHad a horrible experience today. I went in and ordered a cheese pizza and paid for it so I was next. A guy walked in and ordered a few mins after, then a couple more guys did as well. When my pizza was ready, the employee brought it out and just said " Cheese pizza." The guy that came in after me cut me off as I was walking up to get it and snatched it. I said that was my pizza to everyone. The guy walked out of the store. The employee that let him take it said to not worry because he thinks we ordered the same thing. I told him I was first though. Then after a minute or two, the guy who took my pizza came back inside after going out to his car and said it wasn't his pizza. I told him yeah because it was mine because I ordered before him. The employee didn't say anything to resolve it so the guy handed me my pizza and I took it and walked out. When I got in my car and driving away, I was thinking that I don't want this pizza since the other guy already had it and took it out to his car and then came back. I don't know what he did to it, so I didn't eat it and threw it away. What a waste of time and money. The employees should know who's pizza it is and if a customer takes a wrong pizza, the store should make a new one and not let a customer give it back to another customer. Read moreReading these reviews it sounds like this place could use some leadership and someone to get things back in order if they haven't already. Someone in the position of leadership needs to make sure they know what it is to lead and realize that they are not there to make friends. You are there to do a job and do the job well. It seems like young adults get hired for summer and do not understand what it means to take pride in there work, so they just do the bare minimum and they don't really care because they are not going to be there long. I think being a little more careful who they hire and someone who is going to be in charge needs to make sure the employees are trained properly and enforce disciplinary actions when not doing there job. Someone needs to tighten that place up and make sure everyone is working together as a team. So that's why I'm going to be working there and work with everyone to improve our customer service skills and make sure we are following protocol correctly. You can't slack on being professional and being clean. Attention to detail and treating everyone with respect needs to be priority.
