On Friday, May 24, I ate at Pint House Burgers & Brews (Spokane Valley location) for the first time. Our party included my wife, our two children (7-year-old and 4-year-old), and my parents. Pint House is a burger place characterized by each burger coming with two patties. Although the restaurant offers some wraps, a couple chicken-based selections, and plenty of appetizers, I wasn’t going to get anything except for the signature item. I ordered the basic cheeseburger and it didn’t disappoint. As mentioned, each burger comes with two patties and I definitely got my fill. The patties were large and flavorful. They were served between a fresh, shiny bun that did the meat justice. At $17, this particular cheeseburger was going to have to be superb for me to feel like I got my money’s worth and it actually exceeded my expectations! Can’t really say the same for my side. Between fries, sweet potato fries, and tater tots I opted for the fries and I immediately had food envy once I compared them to my dad’s tater tots. The envy was only confirmed once I tried one of the tots. The crispiness and texture of the tater tot trumped that of the basic, shoe string fries. Oh well, you live and you learn.

My wife ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and liked it. She gave me a bite and I thought it was pretty tasty. My children split the slider plate. Unfortunately, Pint House doesn’t offer a children’s menu so we had to get creative with the adult menu to feed them. My dad ordered the Pints burger and my mom ordered the avocado bacon burger.

It seems a little run down inside Pint House. Just old and uninspired…it could use a face lift. On a positive note, high quality televisions line the entire facility and I enjoyed watching multiple games at once. Our server was Kylie and she did excellent. Very pleasant and hard-working. Although the aesthetic environment could be improved, I have nothing bad to say about the food and we would definitely return to Pint House...

Came here recently for the first time. The service was awesome, and the food was excellent! My friend had the mushroom swiss burger, and it was so very good. She will try one any place we go that has one on the menu, and there's is probably the best we've found so far in the area. My husband and I decided to split a couple appetizers instead of ordering individual dishes because we wanted to try a couple and knew we couldn't eat more than that so we went for the nachos and potato skins. Both were amazing. I would say the skins were overpriced for the quantity you get, but other than that, excellent. I was not a fan of the Chipotle sour cream as I found it a little gritty on the pallet. I like to make mine with the chipotle in adobo, and theirs is made with ground chipotle powder. The only other criticism I have is the music. It all sounds the same. I like music from pretty much every genre, but this was boring, and all sounded the same. They need to try changing it up a bit. Their decor says we're fun and funky, and their music says something else! Still, the food and service...

So it was about 1:15 p.m. when I came in... less than 10 people...... that " probably" made some difference.....on food, service, and atmosphere..... However make no mistake this was an eye opener... I haven't been in this place since it opened under this name...... WOW!!!!!! completely different place and atmosphere..... again food, drink, service All different but I will be coming back...100 thousand times better than before. I'm glad I checked it out. I have no input on the say"BUSY OR PARTY TIMES" but if Jaden is working you at least got that.

Worth checking out again if you don't go there because of how it was..........if you've never been to to either...

Since it was #NationalCheeseburgerDay, my friend and I met up at Pint House Burgers & Brews (Spokane Valley location) for some tasty cheeseburgers. While both of our burgers did have cheese, they weren’t your traditional cheeseburgers. I went with their Black & Blue burger (wrapped in lettuce) and my friend opted for their Avocado Bacon burger (no bun or lettuce wrap). The service was quick and efficient and the seasoning on the HUGE burgers was delicious. I wanted to go here, because they truly have one of the best, if not the best, Cobb Salads in Spokane. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy their salads.

Do not eat here! They sent me home with there pretzel covered in granulated salt to the point my dogs wouldn’t eat asked for a manger then was refused a manger then was refused to let me talk to a manger then. Tonight when I’m asked for a well done burger it’s pink. Called no manager on duty and refused to call a manger. And then hung up on me twice. Eating in is good just never take anything to go! Won’t go back due to their employees response to a complaint! Will Never go back to any locations! Raw meat is not what I eat and always ask for well done!
