I’ve never had so many issues with a fast food place—especially not a Taco Bell. I always use the reorder feature on DoorDash and never make changes to the items. About three weeks ago, I reordered my usual and my cheese quesadilla arrived with no cheese. I contacted DoorDash and was issued a credit. They even confirmed that the order showed no modifications and everything should’ve been on it. Fast forward to yesterday—I reordered the same meal again, and once again, none of the items came with cheese. Not the quesadilla, the cheesy bean and rice burrito, or even the stackers. I called DoorDash, got another credit, and immediately reordered thinking it had to be a one-off mistake. Unfortunately, the second order came the same way—no cheese on anything. I decided to just eat the burrito and give the cheeseless stackers to my boyfriend. But I also drove down to the location to figure out what was going on. The person I spoke to on the phone was really nice, but when I arrived, the manager was pretty rude. He insisted that my order came through with “no shredded cheese” selected for the quesadilla—something I definitely didn’t do. I double-checked with DoorDash and my end of the app confirmed it was supposed to come with everything as usual. Even if that was the case for the quesadilla, it doesn’t explain why my other items were missing cheese too. As someone who also drives for DoorDash, I know firsthand that things can show up differently on their end, but it doesn’t make it okay to treat customers like they’re wrong or lying. And seriously—who would order a cheese quesadilla without cheese? They did remake my quesadilla, which I appreciate, but they only gave me one stacker back when I had ordered two. Overall, just a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. We had just left my nephew’s college football game in Pullman, kids in the car were starving, and unfortunately this was the only place open. Big mistake. First off, they messed up our food three times in a row. I ordered a soft taco with no lettuce and jalapeños added (which I was charged extra for), and not only did they not add the jalapeños, but when I went back to fix it they added lettuce instead—and STILL no jalapeños. When I asked them to correct it again, the staff literally threw food at my husband. When I called to speak with a manager, “James” (the general manager) not only refused to admit their mistake, but called me stupid and called my husband dumb because we didn’t “explain clearly enough” what needed to be fixed. Completely unacceptable. My husband ordered a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, and by that night he was violently sick and later told it was food poisoning. Disgusting. Outside the restaurant, employees were hanging out on what looked like a break, and the smell of marijuana was strong enough for us to notice immediately. And to top it off, they wouldn’t even honor my husband’s military discount. I used to be a Taco Bell manager myself, so I know how things should run, and this store is a disgrace. If you think writing a Google review will help, don’t bother—they don’t care, and nothing changes. My husband even had to call the FDA because of how bad this was. This location needs a complete overhaul. Fire the staff, hold upper management accountable, and shut it down until they can learn what “basic service” means. Absolutely disgusting from top to bottom.

I usually don’t have an issue with this store but tonight was a different story. we placed a mobile order, it should have come with 4 spicy potato soft tacos 4 regular soft tacos and 4 beefy 5 layer burritos and 4 nacho fries, as well as the new cheesy steak fries(that are $5.59). we asked at the box if the tacos were both kinds, and they said the only ones they had on my order were the regular ones. i asked if they could change them, they said unfortunately no. we arrive at the window, she asked me if i had a steak burrito i said no, then she says they handed our order to someone else and asked us to wait in the lobby. we went through the drive thru for a reason. we then again asked for the 4 tacos to be changed to the spicy potato ones, and she said she would ask. after waiting in the lobby, we get our food and look inside the box to double check, and not only is it all stuffed in the box messily, but we are missing 4 tacos. i go inside and mention that i’m missing the 4 soft tacos, and they apologize and make them. we finally sit down to eat, and notice our steak fries are in a pile and half full, and we also were not given any forks or napkins or hot sauces. the food tasted good, but i’m overall unsatisfied and it felt like a waste of money and time.

New Year's Eve 2023... My spouse and I decided to grab some tacos on the way home to relax for the rest of the night. Bout 9pm, This choice ended up being a very regretful one. When we showed up the drive-thru line was four or five cars so we decided to order through the Taco Bell app online and just run inside to grab our food. When I got inside a drink was on the counter with our name on it but we ordered two drinks and this one was the wrong size to begin with. After the size was corrected our order was still wrong being we ordered no ice and the mixtures of the soda were awful and did not taste as they should. I said nothing about this not letting something like drinks affect my experience. This was just the beginning. So after waiting about 20 minutes in the lobby and listening to the staff talk most of the staff was very uplifting and trying to get the job done but there was one very distinct voice in the back being negative talking about staffing and other problems. Using profanity and very non-professional. Before long that same voice mentioned that they were running out of food and that they needed to stop taking orders. So after about 30 minutes of standing in the lobby I finally get a face with this voice and he comes out to say all doordash orders will be refunded and he quickly goes back to the back. I returned to the car and tell my spouse what had happened and she informs me that we did not order through a third party that we ordered directly through the Taco Bell app and it now says our order is done and ready. So I go back into the lobby where I hear the same man from the back saying "why are there people standing in the lobby I already told them that we were out of food, not sure what they don't understand." Now he's insulting me and or talking down to his staff. So because he wouldn't come out and speak to me I raised my voice and said I'm not here from doordash! I'm here from your own app! I would like my refund. After about 10 or 15 more minutes of technical difficulties getting the refund we finally got our refund wasted an hour of our life on New Year's Eve got awful service and never any food. Nothing was offered to make up for this inconvenience. This man's actions were totally unprofessional and we will likely never go back to this location. As for the young staff in the back they were trying their best to do their job as well as the lady at the counter. This is a prime example of poor leadership and bad management. He did apologize for running out of food but he did not apologize at all for his behavior. At the end of the night I can understand not having food and all that stuff. I'm an understanding person I get that things happen but this review has everything to do with the way this man acted made myself feel and everybody else in the lobby. I don't care what your profession is be professional or find a new job. Especially if 90% of your job is customer service. Best of...
