Really disappointed that I'm writing this review but it's for the (hope) that management may see it and take it gracefully considering I believe it's a relatively isolated incident!

Ordered over $50 worth of coffee / food today with a generous tip. Unfortunately, the $14 "Acai bowl" came out completely frozen (assuming pre made / stored in back of fridge) No worries! We went to the front and let them know, while ordering some more food in the meantime; however, the service at this point is why I'm writing the review...

Wasting $14 on food without even being offered by staff to compensate, troubleshoot, or provide a meaningful solution was frankly shocking. The same worker did eventually bring over a $5 gift card (as I think there manager probably told them to?) But honestly it was one of the most awkward / poorly handled customer service situations I've been a part of as a consumer.

Obviously nobody likes wasting money on food / service and truthfully we weren't upset by any means. Have just never been given an obviously subpar product without any effort from leadership / management to communicate and provide a solution.

TLDR: Very poor food quality was exacerbated by subpar conflict resolution skills in this isolated incident. The staff member that helped us was obviously under-qualified to problem solve (managers responsibility). However, i do want to note that the staff member that helped us also extremely friendly and did no wrong in my eyes! Just an unfortunate situation that should've been handled by a...

Decided on this little place to meet up with a friend to have coffee and chat. Arrived around 11am and will say parking was very difficult, and the place was very busy, but we still managed to find ourselves a little spot to sit down and quietly enjoy ourselves. They did seem to be abit on the more expensive side of things but everything was very good. We both got the electric daisy lotus with the Szechuan button flower that you chew thoroughly up and eat before drinking your beverage. The flower causes an electric and bitter type of sensation in your mouth, almost like static and or a 9 volt battery and then once it settles you start salivating a lot, when you drink your beverage it changes and enhances the flavors and then when you drink your beverage makes your entire mouth feel numb as well enhance the overall experience. Its a really fun and interesting twist and im really excited to see locations using these for more then just alcoholic drinks!! I also got the avacado toast with egg bacon sprouts salt and pepper and it was really really good.very generous portions and quiet tasty. I would come back for the drink alone but wouldn't mind sitting down inside again to enjoy the...

My first time visiting, this morning, and stopped in with my husband to grab a quick coffee to-go. Neat location and inviting seating area for possible future coffee-dates. Unfortunately, my americano was terrible and the baristas seemed disorganized and unable to make drinks in a timely fashion (ordered 2 drinks and waited 8-10 minutes. There was 1 drink ahead of ours, no one else in line, and a couple food orders being boxed up between 5 employees). I’d asked for extra ice, and when they noticed that it only had a thin layer of ice in the drink, the gal filled more ice to maybe 1/5th of the cup, overflowing a significant amount of the coffee out of the cup, which she continued to drain out as she smashed the lid on top (bye, shots). This resulted in an overpriced, very weak overwatered and under-iced americano in a drowning lid and dripping cup. No apologies. No remakes. At this point, we were late for an appointment and didn’t have time to ask for a correct drink. Bad first impression. I can see the appeal of the place, but it’s...

I had such a wonderful experience at The Garden Coffee! The breakfast options are absolutely delicious – the quiche is a standout, perfectly baked with a rich, savory filling that pairs wonderfully with their drinks. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such genuine, helpful service! I also couldn’t help but notice the gorgeous wooden tables – it’s not often you see such high-quality craftsmanship in coffee shops, and it really adds to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for both the amazing food and the outstanding service!! And the the beautiful flowers on the tables were such a lovely touch, adding a fresh and charming vibe. Highly recommend this spot for both the amazing food and the outstanding service!

My partner and I discovered this place last year and we love to come here when we can. I really like the regular coffee and non-coffee drink selections along with the food options, and the fact that they have new featured drinks seems like monthly. The atmosphere is really charming and quaint with all the plants, wood tables, and chairs/couch. Feels like a treat when we come here, and I recommend other people try The Garden as well. The only negative I have is that they are closed on Sundays which is sometimes the only free day my partner and I both have, but I work for a small business so I totally understand needing to be closed once a week! I’m glad I can support a local, small business, I even have a sticker for The Garden on one of my to go cups.
