YaYa Brewing Company — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I have had their beer before in various places but this was the first time I've ever visited their brewery and it happened to be during Restaurant Week. I can say I've always liked what is probably their most popular beer, Fluffy Puffy (and yes I know that is not a macho name) but then I tried their Frequency Waves which I liked even more. Their food I guess is a separate entity within the brew room and is called Sauced. With Restaurant Week, I had Crispy Chicken Wings, Steele Venters Pizza, and a Banana Bandito. The wings were absolutely perfect!. I love crispy skins, but most places dry out the inside when you order them this way. This place did not. The pizza comes with what they call a bar-bau-jus for dipping. I've never dipped pizza into an au jus sauce ever, but it was absolutely fantastic, with a nice spicy bite on the back end. The third course, the banana banditos was pretty normal but still good. I most definitely will return here for both the beer...

Have you ever walked into a place you have never heard of, in a town you think you know, after a suggestion from a person you just met .... and be absolutely blown away?

The fresh hop Fluffy Puffy Sunshine is yet another incredible new level fresh hop IPA! The Soprano Apricot and Raspberry Sours are smoothe and enchanting.

Seriously, @mamasgotamullett is killing her acoustic set, with a voice that could easily achieve world peace if we would all stop and learn to listen.

Every detail of YaYa Brewing has come together in a puzzle that as soon as you think you have solved, you find another detail you have overlooked.

I think this vibe in this moment, will resonate for years to come. This is a gathering place for aunthentic people, artists, and families who enjoy the gifts of incredible craft...

YaYa has really upgraded in the three years I've been dropping in and out. Currently they have a Detroit style pizza kitchen that's worth going to even if you don't drink beer. Plus there's a great patio, pinball and Fluffy Puffy Sunshine, so really the place is just a winner. It's been brewing delicious beer for years, but now you toss in the pizza, games and outdoor space and we've got a real winner in the Valley. Trivia night with Bearded Trivia is real fun,...
