Truthfully one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I had ordered my food through the app, and arrived early to pick it up. Upon arrival saw one other customer vehicle in the parking lot, I then selected the "im here" option on the mobile app, and received a message to please head inside and my name would be called when ready. Once attempting to do so, found the lobby door to be locked with a sign saying "car side delivery only" due to the obvious happenings in the world, perfectly understandable. I went back to my car, and parked in the parking space closest to the employee door. In the time between sitting back down in my car and receiving my food (30 minutes) I witnessed the previously mentioned customer move up to the parking space next to me, from this point three other customers arrived, patiently waited, and upon not receiving service within 5-10 minutes went through the employee door to get their food, only to then wait inside while it was prepared. After witnessing this happen a third time i went inside myself to get my food, (disobeying the signs posted on the locked "customer access" door) and was greeted by three separate employees immediately. After receiving my food I stated that the employees may want to do their job as the sign on their front door says they are expected to, and went back to my car. I was then followed by two employees back out to my car, while they told me that i was incorrect. Upon showing them evidence of what i was saying, and yet another customer joining the conversation to explain that they were having the same issue, the employees simply stated that next time, both me and the other customer needed to read instructions more clearly next time and this wouldn't happen. Nothing against dominos as a company, but this particular location has left me with cold dinner and horrible service. I know writing this that it will be in vain, but knowing that i can save even one person from this miserable experience is all the motivation i need.

Read moreI used to really like Domino's Pizza -- I mean -- I still do but at times. If not for certain representatives they can be well -- let's just say not as decent a restaurant as they were before. My last order was much better than the order before that. Well made, and I was not unhappy with it. Maybe a few things could have been done better with the food prep, but other than that the order was very good. It was the apparent disrespect of a certain representative (possibly among others) which lowers my rating of this restaurant. He asked for a tip -- and I'm not saying that's a bad thing - to ask for a tip; could I say, 'it was the way he asked that bothered me'? -- No. He wasn't so much asking, as he (seemed to be) saying in other words: '... So how will you be tipping me...' I was a bit taken aback by the question/(statement).
I suppose that some people in this city assume that just because I live in a nice place, that I'm rich. Just to be very clear, I'm NOT rich. -- But the delivery driver did a very very good job. - So I tipped him, happily.
I was not against giving him a tip -- But his speech bothered me, as if he was also assuming that I was a rich man (just because I live in an nice building).
This seemed to me very rude.
The food is good -- (but not always very good). My last order was delicious.
For fast food rating, I give this restaurant 7.5 out of 12 stars. (It probably would have been 9 out of 12, But I don't appreciate rudeness).
For a regular restaurant (and pizzeria) rating {which is rare for this kind of place} -- I give 6.5 out of 12 stars. (mid-range).
I am not obligated to explain nor write these reviews, but here's pat of the reason why -- I don't appreciate assumptions or disrespect. Sorry, Dominos -- I consider some of your employees to have been more than...
Read moreWe ordered online. When the app told us the pizza was ready. Four people were present at the store at #dominos. Unfortunately, none of them answered. I called 4 times. 3 of which I was put on hold for over 2 mins and the 4th time, it just kept ringing. Then to top it off I literally see a guy drop food on the floor and put it in the box. I went to jack in the box instead. The dominos app is a legal agreement to address a service to a need. Four people just looked at me. 7 people showed up and were just as confused as I was. We all stood there for a time. Just bewildered while the dominos employees stood there. From a business standpoint, 7 pizzas being made, and not being paid for. This is a bad experience for me with dominos. Ironically on their website it states: “Our Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money.” Yes we did not pay for anything but, I did stand outside and wait downtown at night. I was not satisfied with the experience. The dominos app told me the pizza was ready for pick up and, the employees did not fulfill their end of the business deal. This is ruining trust of the brand and the community that supports this brand. Please correct this experience. Dominos may have lost 2-3 hundred dollars within the time I was there and how many people came and left empty handed. I mean if there was an internal issue yea such let us know say something. But just ignoring your customers out in the dead of night. Not good...
