If I could leave zero stars, I would. better, I would leave negative five.
First, I don't write a lot of reviews but this one is desperately needed. The business where I work decided to order dinner in for everyone. We ordered a medium 3 topping pizza (with the coupon it was 9.99), with pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese. We also ordered the 40 count chicken tenders, which is about $26. All totaled, with tip, it was over $50.
They delivered in a timely manner BUT the pizza was missing the pepperoni and the chicken tenders were burned-hard and were crunchy-completely inedible (unless you wanted to break a tooth). I called in and the girl who answered said as I had ordered online, she couldn't see the order. She said they could remake the pizza, but said they would need the other back. The teen son of the owner had already eaten a slice, as he was starving, and I explained that to her. She said there no way they would replace it under those circumstances, and that we had gotten the order wrong, not them. Now, I had double-checked everything and read it off to my boss before hitting send. It was right. My other boss decided to take the food back to the store and the girl lied to her face, telling her I had said we didn't want a replacement (my boss had been standing there and heard the entire conversation, so she knew what had been said). They refused to replace the chicken tenders, stating it was too late as it had now been longer than one hour (it hadn't, it had barely been 45 minutes). My boss showed one to the girl and asked her if she would have eaten the chicken like that, she said, yes. Personally, I would have told her to prove it, but my boss is far kinder than I am.
The girl then "checked" the order (because apparently, they could magically check an online order details if a customer is standing in front of them with the mistake THEY made). Bottom line, they refused to honour Domino's policy. My boss got back and told me what the girl had said, basically calling me a liar. So, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The manager (who sounded 12) got on and said the girl never said the things my boss said she had, that he had been standing there the whole time. He said if I had a problem with the way they handle things I can call 1-800-dominos, which I did. Which told me to call the store and speak to a manager. I told my boss what he said and he had NOT been standing there, he had been standing in the back where he couldn't possibly have heard the entire conversation.
Needless to say, I was not happy so, I called the store we USED to order from before this little college-based place popped up. I asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened and asked him what my options were (Again, we had paid over $50 for this meal). He was shocked they had spoken to us like that, that they were demanding the wrong pizza back, that the chicken was inedible, that they had lied, and told us they wouldn't do anything. While I was speaking to him...he started preparing what we had ordered and said his store stands behind Domino's policy and they would make it right. He also told us that from now on, we call his store and they will take our order so we can bypass the other and NOT have to deal with the other place.
Less than half an hour later, we had our meal and it was PERFECT. So thank you to the downtown Dominos.
Epilogue: I got home, realized I hadn't closed out of the browser and was able to go back to our order. IT. WAS. CORRECT.
Lesson: Learn proper customer service, which includes NOT calling your customers...

So I waited. Over 20 minutes go by and everyone has gotten their order even people that had walked in far after me for an online order. I asked the gentleman if he had any idea when my order would be ready and he asked my name again. He says that my order has been ready for a while now. The entire time I was sitting there my order was sitting on the rack getting cold. He grabs my order. He gets the salad I ordered and the drink. He gives me the wrong salad and almost forgot my drink. I get home and come to find out they didnāt give me the right dressing for the salad. I order and ranch and balsamic and he only have balsamic and I donāt eat balsamic. Get to eating my pizza and itās all cold. I waited over 40 minutes from the time I ordered to pickup for a pizza thatās cold and the wrong dressings that I donāt eat. I ordered a small pizza and a salad thatās premade and waited 40 minutes and paid $30 for it ?! Please tell me where thatās right. I will not be coming back, disappointed as me and my boyfriend have been coming here for...

We browsed the menu and landed on a special deal for 1 specialty large and a 2 topping large, there were tons of other deals/coupons online which was really nice. I paid with Venmo and the checkout process was simple and straightforward. Our pizzas were ready within 15min so I drove over, parked in their lot, and went into the store. We were greeted by a very friendly worker who promptly asked for our order number/name and brought our order out to us.
The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious! This was my first time having Dominos and it was awesome. I love the fact the online website has tons of options and coupons, different ways to customize, pay for the order, as well as schedule pickups. We'll definitely order again...
