Honestly, I feel so stupid for waiting this long to go here! We've lived here for months, now, and every time we passed by we tried to remind ourselves to go, at some point. I can't believe I've been missing out on this amazing food for 8 months! No more! This place is amazing... It's definitely our new go-to spot! As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing in there. The friendly staff are overtly service-minded, and meticulous. I can't say enough about the decor there. It really drives home the feel of everything. They have a smaller menu than I'm accustomed to, but there's still enough of a selection to get something different every time, if I wanted. The only small complaint I had was that they were out of fresh coconut, heh. I ordered the pad Thai, and it was definitely pad Thai, but it had its own unique flavor profile that I have never come across, before. Almost smokey and relied more on an oyster sauce base. It was still fantastic, though. My partners got a dish with wide noodles and the basil fried rice, respectively, and both were amazing. The Thai tea was absolutely perfect, too. Usually, it's too sweet or they didn't use good cream. No, this was just amazing! And they had some of the best tom kha soup I have ever had, ever. I ordered it without cabbage and carrots, because I just couldn't imagine it being in there, but it was full of shrimp and honestly they were, hands down, the best shrimp I've had in ages. Go there, please, if you like Thai food or even THINK you might-- go. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Best Thai maybe ever! The first time I ate here with a friend it was so yummy I was craving it and dreaming about it for months dying to go back! I finally had the opportunity to take my husband on a date night. I wanted to order the same thing I got the first time cause it was so yummy. I got the Panang curry with mild spice, I like spice, but not too much! I ordered it with shrimp and it was amazing. The second time I went I ordered it with tofu cause my niece raved about how good the tofu was. (I’m not a huge fan of tofu but I’m trying to learn to like it since I try to avoid meat especially beef and pork). Anyway I really didn’t care for the tofu, I had a few bites but I think I just really can’t handle the texture of tofu. Anyway the curry was amazing but for sure the shrimp were awesome, they were very big too! Sorry tofu! My husband isn’t really a Thai food kind of guy, so he opted for the sweet and sour chicken, which was really good, lots of fresh veggies with the chicken, and it was really great together. This is a popular place, so get there early! The owner was our server, so it’s a small joint with great service! They don’t have a fountain drinks which we found odd. Just cans of soda. For appetizers I have also had the potstickers and spring rolls which were both great!! And the mango with sticky rice dessert was also amazing!! I don’t think you can go wrong at this place! Unless you get it too spicy. Also the portions are huge, especially the soups! They could feed 2-3 people! Have fun and enjoy!!

Have been here on 4 or 5 occasions, on different days, and at different times- thus far thoroughly enjoying myself. Would otherwise give four or five stars easily. Lunch has been wonderful -the Thai tea delicious, Dinner, with lovely fresh ingredients, a pleasure, for sure. The service has always been helpful and accommodating. Mental note: Don't go again when it's slammed. 2 orders chicken Drunken Noodles toGo One 1 star. One 2 star with extra on the side $40+ 30 min Quite spicy for a 1 star. 2 Star- no extra hot stuff to add. (Must have put it in the 1 Star dish, 'cause *Dayum*) Literally NO sauce in either container. This was Not drunk Chicken. It was Parched Chicken, It was Please Sir. may We Have Some SAUCE Chicken, It was I need a Drink Chicken.. Possibly Sun-dried chicken, And mostly with little bits and pieces of noodle the size of corn flakes, mixed with some half-noodles and the occasional gummy, gooey- textured 3-and-4-layers of partly-cooked rubbery noodle surprise. Like I said...Mental Note: Don't forget! Not during a rush! Only posting one photo, because, its already bad enough, and the one looks just like the other. What the Heck Happened Here? Somebody please explain. Is it just that it's Christmas Eve??…

Very sad as this was one of my favorite spots in Spokane- I will not be coming back.

Server named “Kiara” advised me 3/10/20 at 8:20p if I want to order takeout over the phone (40 minutes before closing), I have to give HER my card number over the phone, or else she cannot input an order. I expressed my uncomfortability with just giving my information over the phone as I have never heard this procedure in the past and for years, this has been the only restaurant I go to when craving a curry (usually in the evening). “Kiara” became increasingly annoyed with my hesitation. She then let me know that if I can make it in by 845P, she can try to have the cooks start my order then and I would not have to provide my information over the phone.

Requested multiple times to speak with a manager as this representative expressed that she is a server only, and “Kiara’s” response is that she is the only English-speaking person in the restaurant at this time and her boss just left. I then asked if she could reach out to her boss about this procedure so I can confirm (still very shocked about this new process with zero confirmable credibility), she advised that she’s NOT going to call her boss because she already had the conversation with her before my call and she has other customers to handle.

The problem here is that: This new “procedure” is not posted anywhere- can’t validate it. There isn’t any way for me to ensure the server won’t write my information down and use it at a later time (sad world we live in as credit card fraud is common). For a restaurant employee to REFUSE to reach out to their manager/owner because she “did before speaking with me” - regardless of a complaint/question in the present is an example of horrible business. This server’s lack of problem solving skills, customer service, and understanding will continue to cause a decline in business...

As a frequent visitor of Our Thai house, I have their phone number saved in my phone. We order from them at least 2-3x a month. We have never had an issue with them except for tonight. Tonight we placed an order that we usually order, knowing spice levels very well. Upon ordering on the phone, we were met with very rude customer service. That shocked everyone, as this had never happened before. Upon our arrival and picking up of food, we discovered that while 2 of our dishes were correct on spice, one was not. The drunken noodles were supposed to be a level 2 and were instead a level 5. So hot that we could not eat it. As someone who loves spice, the dish was way too hot. The color of the dish was even wrong. it was flaming red. It looked like they dumped an entire bottle of Chili peppers in it. We called to see about getting it fixed and were given more attitude and told to being back the food to get it remade to a 1. When we arrived back, the lady proceeded to argue that we were wrong and should never order spice if we found it too spicy. Even though we order here ALL THE TIME. When we tell her she continues, so we opened the box to show her it was definitely made wrong. Her eyes got big and she instantly had our new order ready. We checked the order and discovered she had given us drunken noodles with absolutely no spice, which we found insanely annoying. Ranking them on a normal basis we would give them a 4.5 star. However tonight we definitely would give them 1.5. We proudly support small businesses during Covid, but this left a less than good taste in our mouth. Literally and...
