Ordered 2 large build your own pizzas. One was a Mediterranean style and the other was a basic cheese and meat with pineapple and red peppers. I specifically requested basil and barbecue sauce to be added after bake on the tomato base pizza, and they said they could do that. When I brought it home and opened the box however, I realized they didn't add any barbecue or basil. My purchase receipt shows those ingredients, but they're not on my pizza. Really disappointed considering it was $100 for just these 2 pizzas. Besides that, the pizzas are more cheesy than many other local places, with a better crust. For sure better than the nearby DiNardi's, but always make sure to check the pizza before leaving. At these ridiculous prices ($42+ for an 18-inch pizza with toppings) I would expect more attention to specific requests.

Recently reopened but I have no idea by whom. I really, really wanna love this place because there’s a lot to love here. Neighborhood tradition notwithstanding, this is a very nice spot to eat. Staff is super friendly but too few of them. There was one server in the entire place. While he provided what we needed, have didn’t have the time to really engage with us do it seemed impersonal. The food here has great potential, too but there were issues. The crust was fantastic and had a nice crunch and the toppings were super, super fresh!! Problem is that our pizza (the WWP) was way, way over topped!! The toppings were undercooked and lukewarm. Our server took it back to the kitchen but didn’t quite do it. We’re definitely trying it again, just hopeful that they can get some stuff dialed in.

To go order - this is the Hawaiian uncooked toppings and burnt crust with NO cheese?!!! I called about this and was talked to like I’m crazy. Pineapple and Canadian bacon cold UNCOOKED and got charged 4$ for jalapeños as you can barely see any. FYI - the slices missing are the ones we took bites of when we got home to discover how crappy it tasted and cold - straight to the trash. No refund given and the so called discount never was credited. I don’t even make an hour what you charged me for the pizza. I can’t believe this was served to us. That’s how food borne illnesses start. There are too many other pizza local places in Spokane that know how to make pizza and charge less. You’ve lost a loyal customer- we won’t be back.

The pizza is good enough, but you default people into tipping $8.50 on TOP OF a $7.50 delivery charge for a single pizza delivery. Are you keeping the delivery fee instead of giving it to the driver? Are not already paying your driver minimum wage? This makes it incredibly awkward to manually reduce the tip by a large amount and off-putting from ordering delivery, while probably significantly over-charging people who aren't paying attention.

Update: Apparently if you order through Geno's website they're punting the order to Door Dash. After paying a $7.50 delivery fee and tipping on top of that, the driver said she was being paid $4 total for the order, and that was after them waiting about 45 minutes longer for the order to be made than they were supposed to have to. This is some really questionable math that means Geno's or Door Dash is keeping way more than they're...
