This place is small and nondescript, but what it lacks in atmosphere it surely packs a punch in terms of taste! I ordered from their Specials menu and got something termed "Plato Grande" (yeah, "big plate" literally 🤣 LMAO) which they named "Martin's Special". It was a HUGE platter that could've actually been shared, so I had plenty of leftovers since I ordered it under the assumption of receiving individual portions! It came with THREE proteins: shrimp, sirloin steak and grilled chicken breast. The succulent and tender shrimp was absolutely bathed in a silky red sauce with mushrooms, onions, garlic, butter and spices while the steak and chicken were grilled to perfection. The platter also came with refried beans, Spanish rice, guacamole, mole, lettuce, chunky salsa, green salsa verde, and sour cream. Very authentic with NO cheddar or Monterey jack-style shredded cheese in the mix to appeal to American taste sensibilities—just a little sprinkle of Mexican goat cheese shaved on top of the refried beans. Of course as in all Mexican restaurants it came with a complimentary order of salsa and warm house-made tortilla chips while awaiting the main course. I also treated myself to a Gigantic 1800 "Prickly Pear"-flavored margarita. The atmosphere could use some help, but the food is about as close to ideal as one could...

I've been eating here for years and have never had an issue.. until today. I ordered off of DoorDash like I have multiple times in the past. This time the person who had picked up my order told me I was a little over $10 short. Which if you've ever ordered off of DoorDash you know that if you're short than they won't put your order through. I spoke to the guy who was working there and he said that I was short that amount so I payed the remainder to him. I contacted DoorDash to see if something went wrong on their end and everything was paid in full just like I thought it was. I had The receipt that was emailed to me from DoorDash stating the same thing that I had paid in full. I truly understand times are hard but to do this to your customers is beyond wrong. It makes me sad because like I said my family has been coming here for years and have NEVER had an issue until today. This will be the last time they receive my business.i understand it was "only $10" and this was the first time this has happened but it's...

This is our families regular go to spot, for nights when we don't want to cook. The food here is above delicious, and the portions are huge so you can guarantee a yummy leftover lunch..... Unless you have a teenager son, than I have no reason to explain there are NEVER doggy bags taken home due to the human food disposal. Anyways.... We also make it a priority to bring our out of town friends and family to Rincon as a treat when they are visiting Spokane, and from that point they always make certain its on the itinerary every trip from that first visit. The service is wonderful. The employees make everyone feel welcomed and important, which I value very much. I love when I return to a restaurant and the employees remember me and greet me with a warm smile. Even remember details of past conversations and make it a point to ask questions, or make comments about previous conversations....... You won't be disappointed so please treat yourself to the Rincon...

Ordered take out which I know is risky with Mexican food but did it anyways. I have never had a Fajita Quesadilla this bad before and I order it almost every Mexican restaurant I go to… the guy said they don’t have a Fajita quesadilla on the menu so they would have to make it and charge me for a fajita dinner. I said that’s fine and when I opened it it’s full of red sauce… soggy… and almost not edible.. I took one bite. Very disappointed Mexican food is my favorite food and this was just really disappointing.. usually fajita quesadillas come out with a little crisp on top and it seemed like they just put cheese on top and heated up the flour tortilla.. nothing good about it :( and expensive…

We decided to come here randomly and we are so glad we did. It was a weekday so it was very empty but the service and food was 10/10. Food was delicious and servings were huge. We got fish tacos, I asked for whole pinto beans rather than refried. We got a chile relleno and mole enchiladas, the mole was delicious. Sweet and spicy (the way I like it) and not too runny or watered down how other places make it. Definitely recommend giving them a go. The inside was really well decorated and huge. Don’t be deceived by the exterior. Also, the salsa they give you with your chips was soooo good.
