Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Spokane

My son and I were waiting for game world to finish looking over are Nintendo 64 so we could trade it in for a new game we wanted and found enough change in are car for a coffee and hotcoco. It was really cooled out so a Dutch bro set out a little heater they had for my son to warm himself. On top of that they let him try a little sample when he couldn't decide what he wanted. I forget what it was but the employ suggested it and like I say gave him a sip to make sure he would like it. They also let my smoke near the heater because no other costumers were there and talked with us, which with paying with change and being a person that has a look that for some reason seems to get me followed around stores, employees stareing with a who farted look on there face and straight up denied help or service. When my son wanted another hot cocoa they took my tip I gave them and used part to get him a refill. I don't buy coffee from stands often because of the price but I have been going back to Dutch bros pretty often for me, being close helps but that one experience really is the reason. It was a very big deal to me partially from a string of bad encounters with people treating me poorly, which I find amazing when a person's job involves dealing with other people, I guess if they think you don't have money then it's there chance to release there frustration. Not ever time I go to Dutch bros do I get that same type of experience but for the most part friendly and good coffee, or if I thought it wasn't up to par, so far they have been good about adding flavoring or whatever. I've only been to the one at the y though and can't speak to the value of they other...

Absolutely one of the best Dutch Brothers the people that work there just to name a few Jesse for 1 that girl is the hardest working most dedicated honest and real person that I have met in a long time and that goes for a lot of the employees down there including Kyli, Tristan, Gabby, Jordan who now works at another location Jonathan as well who now works at the market location Margo and Margo, Kate, Jeremy and a few whose names I do not know but every individual just about down there at that spot are wonderful real people their smiles and they're hellos are not fake they're genuine this is one of the best cruise I've ever seen and I know I've left some people's names out but let's not have them go unrecognized because everybody down there step it up just a little bit more for genuine reasons. My only concern is that I don't feel that they should be alone at night they shouldn't have to close along and this isn't just for the girls before the guys there should be two people there after dark at all times just for safety reasons. Other than that you guys are doing a great job I'm loyal to Dutch Brothers great product great people awesome awesome...

Great service every time. And Fast! Don’t have a car so I walk up. If I’m sandwiched between large orders they always send someone out to take my order. It’s always ready within seconds of walking up to the window. Great customer service. Only been stopping by for a month so I’m still exploring their crazy menus. The app is fantastic and fun. Offers order ahead at this location. Idk. Been bored with coffee lately so I’m exploring their sweet drinks. Next time I go I’ll start exploring and experimenting with their coffee based drinks.

If you have a sweet tooth. This is obviously a go to (you can customize literally everything but I’ve found unmodified drinks to be candy like so far. Not bad for me personally but some drinks I might ask to tone it down next time lol)

Expect a huge drink menu that’s extremely customizable. Very tiny snack menu tho. The smallest I’ve seen. Basically cake pops or muffin tops. Meh.

Idk. It’s growing on me. Starbucks has its standard menu and you know what to expect at any time of the year. This place tho? Seems like I’ll never get tired of trying...
