BLISS COFFEE COMPANY — Restaurant in Spokane

I've been to Bliss exactly one time before I heard about how they support groups that endanger the community and foster hate. It was very average and I had to get my drink exchanged because they made it with the wrong milk. There wasn't an issue with exchanging it which was nice, but the coffee basw was definitely burned in both drinks. My rating is from my own experience with the coffee, but I decided to finally leave my review after I heard some extremely dissapointing news.

I am disappointed to hear that Bliss is trying to push one of my neighborhoods local coffee stand out of business. Buying the lot next to a succesfull decades old stand when has several different coffee stands under several different names already is a very Karen/ Mean Girl thing to do. Especially if it is true it was done in retaliation to the previous stand owners refusing to sell the stand to her.

Either way my family will not be supporting Bliss. Covid took someone I loved very much because a healthcare worker refused to mask or get vacvinated resulting in her death and the injury of several other vulnerable sick people who had compromised immune systems and could not get vaccinated under the workers care. Any anti-vaxer businesses are a no go for me...

Very nice people. I ordered a breakfast Keizer and a White Chocolate Americano, both were delicious. I really liked that I could still taste the coffee over the white chocolate.

I deducted 2 stars because they need acoustic tiles, the place is like being inside a metal drum and trying to have a conversation while everything echoes, even whispers. I also took into account the fact that there’s no clear pricing and while I’m not broke and sometimes willing to pay a bit extra for a coffee I would like to know that I’m being treated fairly. The owner was incredibly rude when I told her that her car was blocking the entrance to get coffee and continued to be rude While she took my order. The coffee is always not what I wanted and I can’t believe they purposely chose a spot right next to Maggie’s a locally owned coffee shop when there are plenty of other locations.
