Liz is an absolute waste of a job position that anyone else would be better for. When I was ordering she didnt greet me, thats fine, when I asked about the chicken little options, she said whatever she said so fast I couldnt understand her, and the 2 questions after that were met with an exhuasted tone. She told me there was only one type of chicken little that they carry even though they website offered 4 different types, thats fine, as long as its not spicy then I didnt mind. I told her thank you and that I appreciated it, radio silence, then she tells me my total and tells me to go to the next window. I get to the window "How you doin" I say. No response, then she asks for payment. I give it to her, and now test how long it takes for her to show SOME manners as I say thanks when she takes my payment AND when she hands it back with a receipt. I say thanks when I get my drink, and when I get my food. Not a single "Youre welcome" or any type of acknowledgment or thank you or ANYTHING. Not a single type of good customer service coming from her. It even felt like she was refusing to make eye contact. Then after she hands me my food, I tell her to have a good night as she slams her window on me.
I gave her countless chances to be a somewhat decent worker. I get people have bad days, but you have to leave it at the door and not dump it on your customers. If she cant even hide the fact that she hates her job and her life, then she shouldnt be working there. Im never going back there again merely because of her. It was as if she had something...
Read moreThe manger Dylan is the youngest manager I have ever seen at a KFC!!! And I can see why!!! Dylan took our order with patience and courtesy that is rare to see at any restaurant. I would even have to say Generous would describe Dylan's service.
The food and the welcome we received had us stretching out in our both enjoying conversation for a half hour after we had finished dining, with no sense of push for us to leave. I have dined at KFC, I suspect, prior to having teeth. At 59, with many visits under my expanding belt. including being served by friends, this trip was my Best ever : )
Dylan infused the service with Humor and Welcome! He was prompt and knowledgeable. no hassle no odd questions. Just, Yes Sirs, no maybes. The food was hot and served on trays Not in BOXES. It is the little positive details that make for a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I will be back, and faced with the distance split decision, which KFC? Oh yeah, Go To 4000 block of North Division.
You won't be disappointed with the Excellent food or the Excellent Service. Dylan must be supported by an EXTRAORDINARY STAFF, to make This KFC such a Wonderful Experience!!!

Read moreTo the owner of this KFC there is a young lady at in the drive thru who worked on the 31st day of October in the drive thru at 4:27 pm who refused proper service to the only customer in line placing an order. She refused to provide her name for she new, I was contacting corporate, and making a review on every website possible against this specific store. This associate talked so fast in her headset she was asked to "please slow her voice" she refused customer service matching the online advertisement for this store. Do to her speed in conversation delivering the menu choice she was requested to repeat her context three times, and she popped off with "as you were told before" the..... she selected to ignore the direct question, of "can I order additional sides?" as she was so aggressive to say one combo and "the only options are the ones you can see on the board." Dear Owner, Have you asked your self why you had little customers on Halloween between 4-6? She was to eager to leave her shift today..... I left, I went to the 9229 address and got everything spent alot and was happy. TO BAD, THIS USE TO BE MY CHOICE STOP, NO LONGER. I HOPE IT...
