Not the best chinese place in Spokane, probably isn't the best chinese place on Division Street either. I mean come on, no free soft drink refills? Is that really necessary? That's not even the worst part, the place was unbelievably dusty, we went during a Saturday lunch rush and upon entering we thought the place looked like it has seen better days. I never saw a single soul except our waitress, who literally spilled her pitcher every single time we got a refill of water, at the end of our meal I couldn't decide if I wanted to laugh or to be concerned. With all that being said, the food was quite a surprise. From the chow mein to the chicken, it all bundled together into one big mouthwatering display of dishes. I recommend this place only for it's take out, the dine-in experience felt like a fever dream.

I despise being this person/leaving a bad review because I used to cook in commercial kitchens but it’s needed here. On 7/9 I ordered orange chicken and fried rice to go and this is what I received… the most disappointing part was that I paid an extra $1.50 for fried rice just to not receive it. What I did receive was cut breaded chicken tenders with orange sauce for $18. I chose the 2 stars only because the orange sauce was yummy. I really wanted this dish to meet my expectations as I’m always in the hunt for good Chinese. Don’t skimp out on take out orders!

We were here on Tuesday evening to celebrate my sister's birthday. What seemed like the ONLY wait staff on hand, appeared irritated that we came in with flowers & balloons. When she did come to take our order, she was not friendly at all. You should not work with the public if you cannot make your customers feel welcomed & happy to be there. When I asked my sister if she wanted an alcoholic drink, we were told that there is no one in the bar on Tuesday's & 1 other day. Had we known that, we would have gone to another Chinese restaurant in the area. But, we ordered our drinks & appetizer. It took us asking her FOUR times just to bring my iced tea.(Which literally just tasted like colored water) The food itself was pretty good. No complaints there. But sadly, the service we received was awful. I would completely understand if the place was slammed busy with only one or two wait staff, due to covid. But there were only 2 other tables being served in the entire restaurant. I have gone to this restaurant off & on since I was a very small child, with our parents taking us as kids. I remember it being SUCH a nice place to go! Now, it is so rundown, unclean. There were cobwebs on the light above our table! And the eye appeal from outside, well, it's just plain ugly. There is absolutely zero upkeep inside & out. We all agreed that we...

We came to have Christmas dinner. When our food was served the garlic shrimp was cold. We returned it and the waitress mentioned she would have to pay for the dish. We went to the owner who pushed us to the manager. The owner makes the wait staff pay for returned dishes. We will not return. The other two dishes we ordered were ok. We got a beef chow mien which was super tasty and a sweet and sour pork. The sweet and sour sauce was brown and didn't have any pineapple or red bell pepper, which is what I'm used to. The sauce tasted slightly metallic, as though it came directly from a can and was just heated up. We didn't complain about that because it was a very slight "off" taste and it was piping hot. We got the rice about 30 minutes after the rest of our meal so it was over all underwhelming. The very idea that the owner placed the kitchen's mess up on the server is appalling. All we wanted was the garlic shrimp remov d from our bill. We totally expected to pay for the rest of our meal but the manager comp'ed the meal entirely. We still will not return and I'm sure the owner doesn't want us to return. She is a horrible person, in my opinion, based on the information our...

I took my family to lunch at Peking North today. From the time we entered the restaurant We felt like we were an interruption to their day. We ordered lunch and I will say mine was inedible. (I have eaten there hundreds of times in the past and always liked the food.) I pushed my plate away from me to give our waitress a clue that I wasn't happy. By the time she finally came back to our table to check on us everyone else was finished eating. I told her that it wasn't good. At first she said that it is the same as always but when I told her that wasn't true she argued with me. Then finally said let me go check. She came back and says she can give me something else. By this time everyone else is ready to go so I said no thanks. She then asked what I wanted her to do. I said just dont charge me for my meal. She said No I can't do that. So I said fine. Just give me the bill and We will never come here again. ( We USED to eat there at least twice a month average bill easly over $100) but now over poor service anda $13.00 lunch combo they have lost a...
