Burger King — Restaurant in Spokane

It’s burger so you know the food and how it tastes. Have rarely had any issues with this location with the exception of one. They are unbelievably slow regardless of whether they are busy or not. When I mean slow I mean as slow as a busy sit down restaurant on a Friday night during the dinner rush.

I have been literally waiting for over 20 minutes for a few burgers and some fries that’s after making it to the front of the line. No fast food place like this should EVER take this long no matter how busy they are.

To make things worse they forgot 2 whoppers from my order. Would only give me one of them and the one they did give me after fighting with them about they got wrong. I can’t do mayo and they purposefully gave me the forgotten one with extra mayo.

Ended up coming here for breakfast which was very unfortunate. I had a coupon for a 2 sandwich meal. 1) they have signs up saying keep your coupon, she demanded the coupons. 2) they apparently now up charge you to get a small drink. 3) my food was cold. 4) the older lady who took my order was quiet rude when we got to the window. 5) they leave off the code to do the survey on the receipt.

Went back today because after the whopper disaster mentions above the store manager promised to add our name to the book for a free whopper meal as a “we’re sorry” thing. So went there to collect and of course the manager never added my name to the list. Also heard both female employees at the drive window cussing and talking trash because we came to collect on what we supposed to be promised to us.

My friend I dined at the Burger King in Spokane Washington. We rarely eat anywhere else but Burger King! We were both totally amazed how disappointed in are meal. The ice tea was so watered down and flavorless, the burgers were very very very dry and chewy, vegetables on burger were good, and never in my entire life have I ever seen the catsup they were serving ! The catsup was so very thin, it's color was scant, it looked like it was watered down water! We were both very disappointed! It wasn't good! I usually always go to the lewiston idaho Burger King but they too haven't been as good gotten 2 orders that the meat tasted burnt and two orders where the meat was not even warm , and who in there right minds decides to clean the ice cream at 12 noon? I do not mean to be harsh in any way but it is what it is! My main complaint in any restaurant is the lack of falling the health codes, when you see people eating and drinking in a food prep area, or coming in from the outside from a smoke break and not washing there hands! I notice that most places don't know how to correctly wash to begin with and know this! And one last thing there is so much standing around employees talking to each other's that if they were visiting with the customers you guys would have even more business. We had a horrible experience ordering food. We ordered the new deal for our family and I was told there was a limit of 4. This was not posted anywhere. I then ordered the same thing but stated I would pay the full price for all the items. She took my order for the 5th dinner. The cashier told me the total and then I pulled forward. When I arrived at the window I was only handed 4 dinners. I double checked that she heard me and she said yes. I stated that I ordered a 5th for full price. She stated that she heard me and that was her bad but there was a limit of 4. I explained myself again and she stated that you cannot order at the window. There is also a sticker on the window that states they will fix any mistake or correct an order. She left after telling me she cannot order at the window and went and grabbed the manager. The manager arrived and just handed us our food and said to have a goodnight. No explanation, no availability to discuss that I had ordered at the drive thru menu, no availability to discuss what was going on. I then had to go home and drop off the food and my kids and then go to another food venue to order my own dinner. This was horrible customer service expierience and we will no longer be willing to order food from Burger King, we should not be made to deal with someone else's inability to correct their mistake and we would rather support businesses that treat their...
