This Subway has been my go-to Subway for a while. On the way from one job to another, I'd always stop by here for a few years. Yesterday, I drove to my other job, very hungry, walked-in to get some food, and refused to be served due to not having a mask on my face. I told them that my medical condition does not allow me to wear a mask; they said that I need to bring a proof from a doctor. Witch is illegal to ask as I am not responsible for providing my medical details to anyone who is not licensed. I proceeded to explain that I want food, and they kept on insisting that I should leave, two customers joined them, telling me to get out. I was insulted and harassed. I had to go. While they probably have the right not to serve whoever they want too, I felt that the cause was strange. I am sorry, subway, but what you are doing is illegal. I am just an average person doing to get by in life. If I had the money and time, I would sue this place. I took my time to post stories all over the internet to bring awareness of the subway's illegal activity. You have officially lost me as a customer, but I hope that many more will also...
Read moreI wished I could give NO STARS.. My daughter and I walked in to get her a sandwich after basketball practice and we were patiently waiting in line. After about 15 minutes, the guy who was working (making orders) asked the gentleman in front of us if he was picking up an order (Uber) or was and online order pick up. After he told the worker he was with Uber Eats and picking up an order, he proceeded to tell us (we were next in line) that it would be at least 30 minutes BEFORE he could even help us because he had online orders to fill first. He was not polite by any means. This location seemed to be understaffed, and the worker did not have very great customer service skills. We waited in line for another 5 minutes before he looked at us again and said "Its going to be 30 minutes before I can help you." She took 3 people, ahead of me, cause i was standing behind the gentlen rather then next to him... i told her i was next and TORRi said next time get in line... and i told her i placed an online order and she said you can sit and wait. Theyre next. Pointing to 3 college kids without masks. I was on my 15 minute break, and i told her. She didnt care. I sat for 4 minutes, realized id be late, asked her to cancel, and she scoffed and they all laughed at me sayin " wHaTz daH pOiNt !?!
