My SO and I were driving around and wanted something quick. We used the Wendy's app. We ordered everything through the app which was quick and easy. They have specials on the app and they keep a list of your favorite orders so you can order them again if you want to. There are coupons that you can apply to your order. They have an area where they also list deals.
When we got to the window? They asked our name and gave us the receipt. We took the receipt to the next window. The food was given to us almost immediately.
Order: 10 piece chicken nuggets, chili cheese fries, grilled chicken jalapeno bacon sandwich, and a vanilla Frosty.
I loved my order. I was so convinced I was going to get a hamburger when I went to Wendy's because let's face it, they are really really good. However, after I looked over the menu in the app I decided on chicken nuggets. I also ordered the chili cheese fries which I've never had before in my life. I just wanted to do something different. They gave me two mustard sauces. The only complaint I have is I wish the chili cheese fries had more cheese.
There were plenty of napkins and utensils in the bag.
The food was hot and delicious.
I did not hear any complaints from my husband, so I'm assuming it was OK. He liked the spicy taste of the sandwich.
My kitten even loved the chicken. I had to give him a very tiny piece of the white part of the chicken because his teeth are too tiny to chew the crunchy part.
So all-in-all? The service, price and food was great! Using the app was easy.
It was a scrumptious...
Read moreI had to go through the drive thru twice and my sandwich is still wrong. I tried to be polite, but when I spoke to the male manager about it he said "we are slammed and have like 40 double stack orders right now", and just kept making excuses about why it was wrong until I hung up on him. I was about to be rude so I hung up. BTW both times I went through drive thru there were only 3 cars total in line and it took forever to get my order, so unless each car is ordering like 20 meals I don't believe his excuses. He did not try to apologize, he did not care at all that I waited for my order twice and still didn't get my food. He sounded like I just woke him up from a nap or he was high, I'm not sure but not at all professional or even curtious. It was a complete waist of $9 to get a crew of lettuce with a fried chicken patty on it, instead of the lettuce wrapped club sandwich I ordered. No tomato, no bacon, no sauce nothing, I'm very disappointed in this location. I've never felt more like going "Karen" on someone in my life. How hard is it to say in sorry let us fix it, or would you like a refund. I felt the need for this review to keep others from making the mistake of wasting their time and money here. Do not go here, it will just make you angry. I don't like being angry and I don't want anyone else to have the...

Her 3 "boy" friends ordered right before I did, promptly received their food, while I waited about 15 minutes, NOT exaggerating. While I waited she took only about 5 more orders, with people still waiting, asked if she could go home, got part of my order and the other guests behind me ready. Picked up my chicken sandwich asked 2 other co-workers if they knew who's it was, asked her friend, who got his order 10 minutes prior if it was his, he said no but he would take it off her hands, she tossed it to him and they all laughed. I asked her why she gave my sandwich away, "Ohhhhh, yours will be up in a minute". 5 more minutes, cold fries and cold nuggets. If any if my employees ever remotely THOUGHT about treating a guest, who is basically paying her wage, like that, they would be sent home immediately/written up or possibly tetminated! It's not the most glamorous job but people depend on you, if you don't like it then quit, but don't ruin other people's nights because you are too self absorbed. Put your Big Girl Panties on and deal with it. I will not be going back...
