Zip's Drive in — Restaurant in Spokane

They did it to me again I never thought I would give them a bad review. But in the last few months starting last year they have more than a few times messed up my order. If not food which is good but missing part of order They can't even get the sauces you want correct. And they like to give you more than you want and chg. You for them. Or forget to give you your senior discount. But now they don't like to give you your receipt or your debit card receipt. So you don't know if you are being overcharged When I actually called to let the manager know my order was wrong and no senior discount. Her response oh we get busy and things can happen or to that effect. I'm starting wonder how many other customers are getting this kind of so called service. I'm starting to think I need to drive a few more miles and go to the zips on E Francis or up on N division even tho they charge more and they have a different tartar sauce. I'm wondering will they get a good rating over at Inland Imaging this year? So disappointed because the food is good when you get it and the crew are nice....

Dang. That was the worst eating experience and uncomfortable feeling I’ve ever had in Spokane. I honestly felt like I needed to apologize for changing things on my hamburgers. They were so rude and irritated at me for wanting no ketchup extra pickles and onion on my burger like what the heck. I thought oh maybe both of the girls I. The front were having a bad day or they just had a situation in the back that I didn’t see ? But then an older and clearly more wealthier family comes in and these ladies were so nice it was hard to watch how these ladies would treat us this way minutes before helping another family with so much respect kindness and cheerful tones of voices and body language ? Maybe it’s because they have a tip jar on the front counter and we clearly looked like we had the money than them? All I know is that my family will not be eating at this place again as long as those disgusting minded people work there. I feel totally disrespected and embarrassed. WAY TO GO Zips drive Inn...

Came to the drive through and a lady kind of rudely “you can order whenever you’re ready” we debated for a couple of seconds and then ordered. I ordered One thing and waited for a confirmation nothing was said I just continued to order, still nothing. We asked “did you get that?” Still nothing we probably waited three minutes before pulling up and there was a guy at the window with a headset on talking. He opened the window and had no knowledge of our order. He called a lady over who sounded like the one who talked to us in the beginning we ordered and they got it out in a timely manner. I didnt Appreciate the glares from the other workers as we ordered like we just cut in line or something.

EDIT- Edited to add that once i actually opened the bag to eat they forgot the ranch, and we asked for it twice. And reduced the rating from 3 to 1. Sorry but it’s easy to please me and I was thoroughly...
