Wilkie's Pizza, Spring City PA. Tuesday night 12-inch Cheesesteak $6.95, you know I love that!! When in Spring City, do what the Spring Cityites do, I got the Cheesesteak Zep. Zep is what the locals call a hoagie. You say yep, I say hoagie. I could not envision making a cheese steak taste like a hoagie but son of a gun my cheese steak tasted like a hoagie. Raw onions, tomatoes, olive oil, oregano and recommended by the (his word, fat) guy behind the counter, light mayonnaise. At $8 I could easily love my Cheesesteak Zep. In the real world I may never get one again. Hoagie vs Cheesesteak, not a knock on Wilke’s. The roll was amazing, corropolese. My Cheesesteak tasted very good as a hoagie. I would have liked more meat. Free fountain soda!!!!!!

I own a home in Spring City. I walk by this atrocity every day. After complaining about the sight of this building for 6 years. And reporting it to our township. I decided to figure out who owns it. Well this building and its horrible apartments with boarded up windows, broken glass, people using the busted roof as a deck and mold growing up its front windows are owned by no other than Wilke’s pizza. How embarrassing to own a local business and leave your rentals look like this. This is the old Bakery on Main Street in spring city. I would think twice about ordering from this business.

This showed up on my Facebook memories and just had to share again. I’ve since moved to Florida and and still haven’t found one as good as this. Wilke’s will be one of the first places I visit whenever I return for a visit.

Best customer service and food in town! I live in an apartment and have dogs that go wild any time anyone comes to my door, so when I order, I ask that food is left at my door after one knock. Well, my stupid trash man TOOK the food left by Wilkes 2 minutes earlier. I called the shop and the woman (Michele I believe) apologized and insisted she remake my order. The driver called me when he redeliveried the food so my dogs wouldn't go nuts again. You guys just blew me away in the caring about your customers (even when it 100% was NOT your fault) and in 2017 that is unheard of. You guys will FOREVER have my business and my recommendation! Especially because your food is a complete 10/10! You have the best zep around and 2nd best I've ever had only to a place in conshohocken which is saying a lot. Everything else I've ordered has never disappointed and the staff/owner/drivers are the nicest, most customer driven people I've ever had and I order a lot of takeout from a lot of places. By far the best food, and the most amazing staff I've ever gotten the pleasure of experiencing. Thank you guys for making me remember that good food and AMAZING customer service do still exist, and I'm so happy you're in walking distance of me. Thank you so much guys! If I could give you 10 stars...

Ordered pizza and cheese steak Saturday night, I did expect a longer delivery time but it took an hour and 15 minutes to get the food to my house. The delivery man who was I would guess over 70 years old was struggling a lot with the weight of the bag. It's sad a man that age has to work but he did not handle the job well. I would question his ability to drive after seeing the way he struggled carrying the weight of a pizza the 6 ft from car to door. I had to assist him taking the pizza out of the bag. He was given his tip out of pitty, not service quality. The food was cold and very soggy. For the cheese steak, there was hardly any steak on it ( wasn't even enough to cover half of the roll and absolutely no cheese. Imagine meat the size of a hotdog dog on a 12-inch roll. I was not fond of the flavor or texture of the steak. Only ate a couple bites. The pizza was reviewed as ok, not good but not bad. Crust a bit burnt, the mushrooms were canned which is just lazy imo, but overall just ok. Might have been better if it arrived hot. I don't understand how the reviews are so good after having the experience I've had. I don't see myself ordering from them in the future or even eating the...

60$ of Horrible food. If I could give no stars I would. It all went in the trash the only thing anyone forced down was a slice of pizza each because we were so hungry. The fried food was fried in some very old oil, we ordered the pickle chips and mozzarella sticks. The pickle chips were just soaked with way too much used oil and the mozzarella sticks were ice cold and reformed by the time they got here. Also, the pizza was not given enough time in the oven at all. To round out this experience the delivery driver was very rude. I asked him if I needed to sign the credit card slip as he was already walking off my porch and he turned and said Nah we got your money and let me be clear that's all that matters not good food, not happy customers. I mean he's the mayor why should he have to be nice to the people he is delivering...
