Out of all the Starbucks locations I've been to in the Nashville/Middle TN region (And I've been to almost every location) this has got to be hands down the worst of them for one reason... quality of service. There is a male employee at this location that absolutely doesn't care regarding the quality of service and I have seen it impact the coworkers as well. I've never had a problem here In the morning or during the day. Just in the evening. I am a regular at the Starbucks in North Spring Hill and they know my order as soon as I get to the store. The last 4 times I have been to this location they have screwed up my drink and I have given extra effort to make sure that they repeat my request so they get it right. The little sticker on the cup reads completely wrong each time. This particular male employee has been involved every single time my order has been screwed up. About 2 weeks ago I went into the drive-thru I placed my order with a female at 8:27 PM. When I drive to the window I paid for the order and here this particular male employee pops around the corner into view and I notice he is conversing with the female employee. She shrugs her hands and tells him to handle it. He comes to the window and says "I'm sorry we can't make your order because I turned the coffee bar off already." I looked at my phone and it's 8:29 PM. Google here says they close at 8:30. Every time my order has been screwed up this male employee is making jokes and laughing with the other employees and obviously having a good time. I would have no problem with that if my order wasn't screwed up every time! It's not even worth coming here in...
Read moreWent through the drive thru Sunday the 19th ordered my drink, had the gentleman at the window (whom was mixed and had a very feminine tone in his voice) scan my rewards card and then paid with cash (which was $6.59 btw he even asked if it was exact) I didn’t notice until the next day when I ordered and got my app ready for rewards points that 150 of my stars had been removed and was used the previous day. I was confused and just thought it was a technical error so I called the store and told the gentleman my issue. He told me to call a 1-800 number to speak to a customer representative (which I did) he also told me they ASK the customer if they’d like to use the rewards (which I was never asked.) The lovely lady that worked for customer services pulled up my account and noticed that my 150 stars had indeed been used and there was never a transaction done. I don’t want to accuse anyone of stealing money especially if it’s $6 but to do that and take my stars isn’t cool. Make sure to ALWAYS get your receipts!! I love this Starbucks and I’ll continue to order here, unfortunately I won’t give them my business if he’s handling any of...
Read moreDoor is actually pretty awesome until you get to the part where they have this elder guy that sits outside and has made a comment three different times about how I should look in the mirror whenever I leave the house and has sat there and stared at me and my 16-year-old from the time we get out of the car and back in the car so I genuinely asked him if he was staring because I parked in a handicap spot because yes, I may look young but yes, I am crippled and I do indeed have to have my handicap spot and I am registered and a handicap vehicle But for him to sit there and say critical things when no one said anything but asked why he was staring because I do have a 16-year-old that is a minor, sir. That was my main concern. They should really consider who they allowed to sit in front of their store and drink coffee first thing in...
