Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Spring Hill

To start off, i work at a sonic and i have never tasted something as appalling and siscusting as this. I ordered a cheesecake shake with oreos added, something i have bought several times at different locations and have loved, this time, however, they used atleast five pumps of the cheesecake flavoring (usualy we use two at most) it was so bitter i couldn't even drink it without clenching my cheeks. I was no the only person in my family who was upset with their order. Another time i came to this sonic with friends, we were being mildly loud but not to a point where it would be uppsetting, one of the workers walked out fuming and started yelling at us to be quiet because she "couldn't take the order of the lady across from us". Like i said, i work at another sonic, and the propor way to handle a situation where you can not here or understand someone is to politely explain that you will take their order in person, I do this multiple times a day, and during school sporting event days i have to take every order which is under the patio in person because it is soo loud, and there are so many people. somepeople are even screeming. To sum it up the people who work here seem like they just aren't trained well enough, I'm sure they aren't all like this and maybe i have just gotten unlucky, but its honestly easy things to get right, if the people on switchboard are taught right then they should know not to put five pumps of cheesecake flavoring in a medium drink ammoung the multiple other problems we had with our order. This review is on Sierra and our Sonic experience. T E R R I B L E! I understand a lot of businesses are short staffed and I have patients which is why I sat along with many cars and waited for my order. I watched at least 12 cars leave without even getting their food. I ordered a drink they brought me the wrong drink. No big deal..... they fixed it. during my 25 minute wait I got hungry so I ordered a meal. I sat in that at sonic for a total of 35 (seriously) mins altogether. They lost my order. I hit the red button waited for them to answer and Sierra ( Ciara ) and her really bad attitude answered and said ma'am did you want to cancel your order or something?! I didn't but maybe at this point I should because she was obviously having a bad day. I said no I will take my order whenever its ready. Sierra came out with a receipt and told me that she just went ahead and cancelled my order. At this point the person in the car next to me said to her when she's done talking to me that she needed to talk to her. Sierra looked at the woman next to me and said very rudely ummm ma'am I am speaking to her right now YOU will need to wait and rolled her eyes at the customer. Back to me now.... I did not want to cancel my order but she (Sierra) decided for me that that is what I was going to do..... when I never wanted to cancel in the first place. I told her I would wait and she told me that I would need to reorder at this point that she had already cancelled it. Sierra is NOT a nice employee and needs to be maybe talked to about idk how to talk nicely...

Stopped in for a quick peach mango lemonade! Let me tell you, if you haven't tried it yet, please do! This is my new signature drink and should be the drink theme for the summer. They were slammed when I stopped, but it didn't take long to get our drinks. Im not sure if the red bull drinks are back again,but that used to be my signature drink, but those are pretty terrible for your heart and anxiety so I had to switch over to something that isn't trying to kill me. Petty much all sonics are the same,except the people and my car hop was pretty pleasant but you could tell she was a bit rushed. I had to rewrite this review because it didn't post the first time for whatever reason so I will add a bit that I didn't put in the first one. The parking lot is a bit hard to get out of during high traffic times,and I ended up having to go out the opposite direction than I was going,just so I could get out. Another things I'd like to discuss (and this is a corporate suggestion) you should add a veggie burger or veggie chicken to the menu. The only thing I can eat from sonic is tots, onion rings, fries, and pretzel stick. I love all of those, but having a meal as an option would be great.
