I ordered a burrito with double hibachi steak, white rice, black beans, lettuce, and cheese. Unfortunately, the steak was a bit fatty and not well-trimmed. Upon receiving the order, it was clear that the burrito size was noticeably smaller than the same order at Chipotle. So I went directly to Chipotle and spent less than I did here and got twice the burrito.. 🫢

The store has responded, stating that there's no issue with the burrito size. However, the burritos are smaller than they appear in online pictures posted by the company. I'm not sure if management here is not upholding Bubbakoo's standards or that the pictures are an exaggerated reality of what to expect at this establishment. I want to give 5 stars, I really do. Last month I would have. But the last two orders have been sub-par. I always order the same thing (via Door Dash) and until the last two times my food has been fabulous - the burrito fries (with crispy chicken) have been SO GOOD I never order anything else. But the last two times have caused some regret, when there was maybe only a teaspoon of their yummy queso and an over-abundance of fries compared to chicken and salsa and cheese and jalapeños. Usually I manage to get two meals out of my order. The last two times I couldn’t eat more than a few bites, and had to dump the rest - it was so dried out and inedible. This place was fantastic. I was so excited once I saw a new food place was opening in Spring Hill. After looking at the online menu I was ready. The menu is so amazing. Literally better than chipotle. Hands down best burrito place in Spring Hill. The hibachi steak is so so good with boom boom sauce. I also love how there’s options on the menu to choose from like Nashville Hot, and Shrimp and Steak Hibachi. The fries are curly fries, and the queso is good quality, not liquidy. Overall this place was great, and they get extra points for having pepsi products. I will say some of the burritos are cheaper than others.
