🌟 A Fantastic New Spot in Spring Hill! 🌟 If you're looking for a fresh dining experience, this place is a gem! The open, airy atmosphere is a breath of fresh air—no overcrowded tables here. The staff are absolutely delightful, making you feel right at home with their warm and welcoming service. 💕 Menu Highlights: Rainbow Roll: 🐟 Light, fresh, and a perfect palette cleanser when paired with other rolls. Chicken Curry Cutlets: 🍛 The sauce was a bit mild, but the tender chicken cutlet and perfectly cooked carrots and potatoes made it enjoyable. Spring Hill Supreme: 🥗 The standout dish! The vegetables were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The entire entree was flawless—wouldn’t change a thing! Kansha Roll: 🍣 My favorite roll so far! The flavors are incredible—an absolute must-try. Caterpillar Roll: 🐛 Another delicious and fresh option. So satisfying! Crispy Dynamite: 💥 Bold, flavorful, and irresistible. The name says it all! This is quickly becoming my go-to spot in Spring Hill for a fantastic meal. Can’t wait to return and try more of the menu! Highly recommend. 😊

My friend and I ordered the Sukiyaki Bento Box, which was very neatly packaged in the cute container, and the Tennessee Beauty Roll, the sushi. The service was very friendly and the order was finished I'm about ten minutes since there were other people waiting. Which was faster than I had expected. The bento is really nice and you get a decent amount for the price. Loved the sushi that came with the bento box, fried rice was very nice and so was the egg roll. Egg roll wasn't super crunchy and a bit on the softer side, which is personally what I like so that was good. The Tennessee Beauty Roll has a little bit of a kick to it but I think it is really nice. It's a little heavy but it's good if you love sushi in general and I would probably get it again. It came with its own little thing of Wasabi and ginger as well. An over all nice experience and convenient spot if you just want to drop by and grab a bento box or some sushi after work or just as your passing.

Disappointing experience. Granted, we only tried some sushi (don't go by the photos on their website, not even close from what was delivered to our table). The Yellow Tail roll was warm and didn't have a fresh feel or taste. The Spicy Tuna Roll, again served warm, which had the Tuna so chopped up it was nearly a paste like consistency without much of a chili flavor or heat. The Spider Roll didn't taste fresh or have much flavor either, and the presentation was flat and not even close to our experiences with other restaurants. Our server, Yadhira, was friendly and did her best, but unfortunately, we haven't found this to be a place we will return to.

We’ve heard great things about Kansha and finally decided to try it. I’ll start by saying both of the rolls we ordered were delicious! I am a big fan of fried rolls and these did not disappoint. Our service was mediocre at best though. I’m making an assumption in saying that our server must be brand new. I asked a question about two rolls I was comparing while trying to decide which I wanted. One of them being the Kansha Roll. I hesitantly said the name of it because I wasn’t sure of proper pronunciation and he admittedly said he wasn’t sure how it was pronounced. Considering it’s the name of the restaurant, I was a little surprised. He was nice but definitely wasn’t very familiar with the menu or the food. When our rolls came out we asked which was which and he didn’t know for sure and guessed. After observing and trying them we agreed he got it mixed up. We always share and try each others so it was not a big deal at all. This combination of things is why I’d say service was lacking. I will definitely eat here again, I just may do...

Friday night, stumbled across this gem purely out of curiosity and ended up having an unforgettable experience. I’m not one to leave reviews, but Kansha absolutely earned it.

The Vibe: Clean and inviting, with an Asian aesthetic and a hint of Southern charm in the bathroom, like a perfect mullet: business in the front, party in the back.

The Service: The waitress was warm, welcoming, and made real eye contact, enough said.

The Food: I had the ahi tuna poke bowl with sushi rice, lettuce (for that crunch), avocado, cucumber, shoyu, spicy mayo, and masago. Every bite was fresh and full of flavor. And the Thai iced tea, please, someone share that recipe!

The Big Picture: I usually don’t eat out much (I’m tired of disappointment), but Kansha wowed me. Supporting local spots like this is crucial, especially when they deliver better quality and value than big chains.

Bottom Line: If you want a place that respects your hard earned money, treats you like a friend, and sends your taste buds into orbit, this is it. Kansha delivers...
