Can’t say enough about this location! Hours are stellar, customer service even better! And they get to know you, like KNOW you! The minute I walk in the door one of the guys grabs what they know I like. The older gentleman (who I think might be the owner) is so personable, he asks about my day. But the younger guy with the snatched beard /gotee he’s on point. He’s also super handsome, so there’s that! Lol but he’s attentive, even threw in a an extra airplane bottle as a thank you tonight. The people in this store are extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and their exact location within the store. Everyone I have dealt with is friendly and very attentive to whatever my needs may be. I would not say I am a frequent customer but I do buy wine as gifts along with some items for home. They will help with selection, pointing out sale items, having tastings from different distilleries/producers, as well as gift items and discounts for buying in bulk. Went out of convenience because I was just buying wine and didn’t want to deal with Kroger. Purchased a ‘Bota Box’ asked the cashier if it was a white zen as the name was slightly confusing and she said yes it was a pink wine. Take it home and it’s so dark red you can’t even see through it.
