Gave 3 stars because the food was still good even though the experience was bad. But the problem is the last 3 times we went here we asked for extra pickles because their chicken is so good with pickles but we either get no pickles at all or we get 1 or 2 depending on the sandwich even though we get 5 sandwiches 3 of 1 type and 2 of the other. So this time I went out of my way and I asked for extra pickles at the order point making it clear as one can and then again at the pick up window explaining in detail. Because of the order size we had to wait at the white line, then our food came and we searched through it checking for quantities to at least make sure our food was there and being quick out of the drive-thru but we noticed they gave us these weird containers separating the buns which were in a bag huh? So I peeked in the see thru container and notice no pickles and had to run back up to the window to ask for extra pickles. Ok , so we got them and I get home thinking all else was ok but nope! We find out those buns in a clear sealed bag are gluten free?!? lol We asked for the wheat buns like on the grilled chicken sandwhich like we have for years with no issues. But instead they give us gluten free buns (which are awful btw falling apart and tasteless and grainy). While unpacking we noticed our food was wrong and they over-charged us for a total of $99.14. Is this what service has come to? Sure we are human and theres room for mistakes but when you truly care about what you're doing mistakes like this don't happen consistently, this is more like carelessness. The breakdown appears to be with the order taker and those who dress the sandwhichs not properly reading the order tickets or order screen. Its not hard to get this right but it seems 3 or 4 times in a row not getting extra pickles on 5 sandwhichs points to apparently a serious problem. This experience was truly aggravating and gave us a poor experience or else I would not have wrote anything here. It was just too much to let go. But thanks for the things you...
Read moreOk so I love chickfila, they have been fantastic so many times. Even this location has been great but there have been too many issues recently to not note them. Simple things like getting something wrong or forgetting sauce I can over look many times. However, late Novemeber I went got a spicy chicken burrito which has eggs in it. The burrito was folded really weird so I THANKFULLY opened it to repack it, the eggs were green!!! I called the store told them they should probably throw their eggs away and she asked if I wanted them to make me a new one.... ummm no!! Ok so ate their many times with no issue like that so 12/16 go back I get a spicy burrito with NO eggs because eww. My husband gets a chicken biscuit. I didn't even start eating when my husband starts freaking out and saying "are you kidding me" I immediately think bad chicken or moldy bread.... nope there was a metal shard in the biscuit. I call the store again, tell them what happened. She says "I am so sorry but we don't make the biscuits here, I can give you free food if you want to come back" No No I seriously do not want to come back. My son goes without me knowing yesterday and gets a chicken sandwich, which is normally fantastic, the piece was the size of a quarter and hard as a rock.... so needless to say this is the WORSE chickfila I have...
Read moreAs a lifelong resident of Spring Hill, I am very disappointed that Chick-Fil-A was even built here. It stands on the site of an old grain silo, which I used to pass by while I was in the car when I was younger. Back in December 2017, they made the awful decision to tear it down just to build this, Chicken Salad Chick, and Mattress Firm (there's already a Mattress King less than 1 mile away, I don't know why they approved this). When I saw the remains of the silo, part of my childhood was gone. Now that Chick-Fil-A is open, traffic is going to be worse than it already was, and so many people are going to be awaiting tasteless fries and greasy chicken for what feels like hours every day except for Sunday. They unveiled a memorial of the silo at its grand opening, but for me, personally, it doesn't really help. Chick-Fil-A is overrated, boring, and poor in quality. Most of the staff are teenagers who were, in my eyes, trained to be friendly so customers can give them a better review. Don't get me wrong, I love most fast food restaurants, but the food that Chick-Fil-A sells is not very good. Save your time and eat at local restaurants, like Martin's BBQ or Hwy 55. They deserve more patronage than Chick-Fil-A, who has already...
