Despite the other negative reviews, we’ve been wanting to support our new Chili’s giving it a good chance. We chose a Tuesday evening around 6pm to make sure it wasn’t a crazy busy time. There was still a decent crowd but we were seated quickly with our low expectations. To make a long story tolerable, there were many, many small issues that we were taking in stride but then the real problems started. Our order, that the server was punching in on the tablet that’s connected to the kitchen, was apparently never received. The manager told us this after THIRTY (30) minutes of waiting. He promised a quick delivery of our order (after asking what we ordered, again) and he followed through, albeit to a low-quality standard. All of the food was just not good even for a corporate chain. I’ll spare you details. So sad that it’s so difficult to get a just a decent family meal out anymore.
Corporate- if you’re listening, which you should be, instead of focusing on any new COVID regulations, you need to take a step back to the basics and readjust your focus on quality of experience. It’s totally do-able despite what you think, especially for areas like we’re in. I fear you’re going to loose your investment of this property sooner than later if you don’t make drastic changes to ensure a higher quality dining experience. I shouldn’t get better service from fast food. Don’t blame the staff, even though they’re young and inexperienced. It all trickles down and shows what’s coming from the top...

Read moreWorst experience, we didn't even get to set down. Went up to the two hostess, they asked how many people. I told them six, they looked at each and one spoke up said 45 minutes on a table. The said thing about they had just told the group in front of me that it was 30 minutes for a table. First of all I noticed six tables in one section empty. Then as I was leaving noticed another four empty in another section. And the parking lot was almost empty. Why would you need to hostess, don't you think if the 'excuse' was short on waiters one of them should be waiting on those empty tables? Just saying, we want be back anytime soon if we come back. Update, tried to give them one more try after 11 months since the last visit. Nothing has changed with their services. Was asked how many in your party, replied 4 and a child. Told by host, did you not see the posted sign on the door? We don't have the staff to take care of more than four in a party. I asked so 4 and half people is such a big gap, that you want seat us because we have four adults and one child?? Really? First off if you want people to see your sign don't place it on the side where people exiting will only see it, second how much extra time would it would have taken you to cook for a small child! The food was bad... you know the service was bad when your paying for your food on the machine and the server walks by and says oh please don’t leave a bad review I know it was bad. But it affects my server review....well she took almost 15 minutes from the time we sat down just to get our drink order....then we waited and waited to get our appetizer....my husbands food came before the app and he ordered a steak that looked and smelled like it had been microwaved...I didn’t receive my food until we were trying to pay on the kiosk so we could leave...the server had immediately got a manager when she realized I was about to pay and I had not said anything to her about the manager. The server had only came to the table maybe 2 times in 30 minutes and was wondering why the bad review? ...glad the manager came over but we still paid almost 50$ for food I could have got from the gas station up the road for much less. Also trying to put the review on the little machine and it just cuts me off in the middle.
