Cotee River Creamery & Desserts Spring Hill — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I don’t like to leave bad reviews like this but a 1 hour wait for ice cream is kind of insane. I don’t think I ever waited this long for ice cream. I walked in at 7:50 and watched it take 1 hour to make 6 5oz ice cream orders, 2 cones and 1 milk shake ahead of me. On top of that a mobile order walked in and his was not completed so they had to do his ahead of mine even though I already ordered.

I already had paid so I just had to sit there and wait. I felt bad for the guy making the ice cream so I don’t know if he needs help but no reason someone should have to wait 1 hour in order to get ice cream. It was 8:52 when I was on my way back to the car with ice cream.

Ice cream is good don’t get me wrong but not worth it to do that wait all over again when there are other local ice cream shops that can be busy and push you...

I stopped here at the Cotee River Creamery & Desserts on a whim about two weeks ago after seeing the Ice Cream flag. I was well rewarded! The flavors were all appealing. I chose Triple Berry Chocolate Chunk. It was DEE-licious! They have baked goods and deli sandwiches as well. The workers were helpful and friendly. I stopped back later that day with friends, and Frankenstein was the flavor of choice for one friend. The others had the Triple Berry. They highly endorse the ice cream as well. Be sure to stop!
