I have been using this location for my favorite store for the last three years. For the most part, the experience is always pleasant. There are a lot of younger people working there, but the majority of them are very polite and respectful. I have noticed in the past, there is a Person that is a little bit older and I think may be the manager. This person does not have the best of attitudes and acts like it kills them to work on the floor. For the most part I just ignore the attitude because like I said, the people that work with me are very pleasant And good at their job. Today there were three employees working and there were four customers in the shop. Instead of coming out from the back, this person was complaining about only having three people to work and things weren’t gonna get done and blah blah blah blah blah. The young gentleman that was testing my water responded to her by saying that everything would get done. Everything was OK. I was impressed by his demeanor and the way he handled her outburst. If this person is the manager, it’s quite the shame because the leadership is not there. The lack of wanting to be part of the team and leave the team is not there. The professionalism of not talking loud enough that the whole store can hear what you’re complaining about is not there. The young man that I was working with was very professional and he had a great attitude. He was busy and was asked to stop testing water to load up trucks to check people out to load up more trucks and he never complained one bit....

Read moreI would avoid this store at all cost. All they care about is padding their wallets by selling stuff that is not necessary. I went in and got a pool test a couple weeks ago. They advised I did not have a chlorine reading and recommended chlorine, a bag of yellow out and stabilizer. I purchased these items and followed the directions from the manager/owner, Linda. A week later my pool is still cloudy. She sent their on staff pool guy to my house and he took pictures of my equipment and sent them to Linda. When I called her to discuss the findings, she instantly told me that my equipment was for an above ground pool. I found that hard to believe so I went home and researched my pool pump by the model number on the manufacturer label. The pump is specifically classified as an inground pool pump by the manufacturer and pumps the adequate GPM for my pool size. I then emailed Hayward, manufacturer of my sand filter and told them I had a sand filter that holds 150 lbs of sand. They advised me that sand filter will filter an inground pool of up to 16,000 gallons with an 8 hour turn. My pool has 14,500 - 15,000 gallons in it so that means that filter is adequate. In a nut shell, she was more interested in selling me a pump for $350 and a new sand filter for $300. Well, I am not buying those items and I am never shopping at that store again, and it is only 5 minutes from my house. I will drive further away to...
