Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I've never had a particularly poor experience at this Domino's, and have always had really good service. The location is very easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, and there's very rarely a huge rush. The team has always been friendly too. I like how takeout has many options, especially when you order on the app - delivery, pick up in store (lobby), curbside delivery, or even drive-thru (around the back of the plaza). So convenient! When I did the curbside delivery yesterday, my order was delivered maybe 5 minutes later than the app said. It wasn't a huge deal because I arrived to pick it up a little early. Since it was late, I was immediately emailed a coupon for a free pizza. I didn't know how that would work since it had never happened until then, but that was a nice perk! (If the order isn't ready AND delivered - at least for curbside - within the time the app states, you earn a free pizza!) That's really motivating, both for the team to have a sense of urgency, and for customers to continue ordering there because it's a win-win. I will definitely be going back to cash out on my free pizza, but I'll probably place a larger order than just one pizza, so it's a clever plan on Domino's part. I pulled up to this Domino's after having doordash all night right before they closed. I wanted to bring some food home to my family and I knew they were about to close so I tried to hurriedly place the order online and was not successful. I then proceeded to call what I hoped was the store but I got a call center instead but talking to the lady quickly I was able to place my order with literally 30 seconds to spare. I could hear the moans and groans of despair of all the employees inside who had not quite made it to closing before a new order popped up. That being said after having gone inside I explained to them that I used to close at a pizza restaurant myself for several years and I know exactly how they felt and I apologized profusely and they graciously made my order even though it was just before they closed. I ordered thin crust pizzas knowing that they would not need to get go out to make a dough skin if I did that and that would at least save them that trouble. I got my order hot fresh very quickly and after getting home with my pizzas enjoyed them greatly because they were very delicious. Thank you to this Domino's team for staying those few extra minutes to help me with my order even though I know you were ready to go home! You guys rock keep up...

What a JOKE !!! Odered two sandwiches and wings tonight. When the delivery driver came he stated that he had been out on delivery and when he returned to the store he saw our order still there so he grabbed it and brought it to us. That was the first mistake. Not blaming the driver but, if he knew the order was sitting there for a while, they should have called and explained that the order had to be made over. When we opened our sandwiches they were a disaster! One had hardly any meat on it (and it was ordered with extra meat) both were cold and greasy. We tried calling several times and they would answer and hang up. So, I drove to the store. When I arrived I witnessed one employee running and playing behind the counter. At this point I was furious!!! I demanded a refund of my $28 and change. The manager on duty should have handled this differently but he just stood there and said nothing to make this situation better.
