Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Spring Hill

It's been years since I've been here like at least 2 maybe even three at this point. Though I remember being there like it was yesterday. I'm giving it for stars because the GM at the time was absolutely amazing. I came in with my now 4 almost 5 year old son she, the GM, Cat was amazing!! The only reason I can't give 5 Stars, with a good conscience, is because they did not have a changing table AT ALL not in women's or the men's . Yes sometimes I understand not having them in the men's bathroom because a lot of restaurants don't think about single dads especially fast food places I ended up having the option of changing my, at most 1 year old son in the bathroom floor or walking out to my car in the cold and rain/sleet and changing him there. Luckily I brought my diaper bag with me so I had the right supplies to be able to change him in the floor without it being gross. The GM of the store was pregnant and fully understood me being upset and told me 100% honestly that it was the owner's fault because he hadn't ordered them be put in, nor did she or I think he was EVER going to. I was out that way visiting your friend and honestly haven't been back to that Jersey Mike's since then not because of them but because I have had no reason to go there. I'm hoping that in the last few years he has remedied this BIG problem!! OTHER than that everything went BETTER...

The team at this store was phanomial. As I stepped up I was greeted and asked how could she help me. She was making orders for pick up. I was seamlessly slid into the sea of sandwiches. As I went down the line each employee was ready to wait on me with a smile. They communicated with each other to keep the sandwiches move smoothly. I received and paid for my order. I was dining alone so I watch them working. They moved to accomplish tasks not bothered with who's job it was. They did so sometimes with communication and others without. When I left they were in a completely different line order but with the same flow. They made it look easy (customer service is not). Thank you. It is refreshing go to a restaurant where the job is...

The food isn’t normally bad but today I got super grossed out when I saw two things. For one the tables are never wiped clean literally there wasn’t one clean table the last 5 times I’ve been here. Second I witnessed a young employee leave the counter with his gloves grab sodas out of the public cooler out by the drink machines (touching handle with gloves on) put them in bags and then return behind the counter handling peoples sandwiches with the same gloves he had just touched the cooler with. Really gross and not the proper way to handle food. Especially at a time like this where there are so many health risks with covid. Won’t be back because of what I saw today. Ew………! Please teach your employees proper food...
