McDonald's — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I love the store the employees are great it's just my most favorite breakfast item you guys have is your bacon,egg,and cheese bagel but it COMPLETELY RUINS my breakfast in the morning when I take a bite of my B,E, C bagel and the bottom half of the bagel is as HARD AS A ROCK I practically chipped a tooth biting into the thing pretty good though on the attempt to fool people into thinking they got a nice soft bagel for their breakfast sandwich with the top half being perfect but the top being so perfect and the bottom being so wrong does NOT even the sandwich out so please if your sandwiches are gonna be sitting on a hot surface to keep them hot for the next customer at least have someone FLIPPING THEM OVER EVERY NOW AND THEN so one side doesn't get completely dried out and hard as a rock on one side of the bagel I wouldn't normally do THIS with the complaining but this has happened to me so many times and I stopped going to McDonald's (EVERY MORNING)like I use to which isn't good BUT my point is I just went back 3 mornings ago and today the third time I got my bagel it was hard as a rock on the bottom AGAIN so I busted a gasket and let my complaint LOOSE ON MICKY D'S MORNING EMPLOYEES sorry guys try a little harder it can't be THAT hard to TOAST a bagel RIGHT I hope everyone else has a lovely breakfast from McDonald's have a...

Live by this McDonald’s, if you’re considering coming here… Might be best just to drive past it and try another one. There is a good chance you will too as they turn off all the exterior lights at night as to look as closed as possible. Nice new building, same old terrible service. If you want to walk in and order at the counter, you’ll get ignored. If you stick around long enough to figure out that you have to order at the kiosk, you’ll then realize that you can’t order on the kiosk and have to sign in on the mobile app to order. Drive through is your best bet and don’t try to come by close to closing time as they’ll ignore until they’re actually closed then finally talk to you on the order speaker to tell you they’re closed. That actually happened to me at this location a couple years ago. Want ice cream? Don’t come after 8/9pm as it’s always broken after that time without fail. I’ve been to a lot of terrible fast food spots and this is definitely a contender for one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. If you get past all of these issues and happen to come here, there’s a possibility you won’t get the right order but if you made it that far I assume you probably don’t care. I still suggest do yourself a favor a go to the Taco Bell nearby. Service is 5* next level compared...

When I go to a McDonald’s it’s not like I’m expecting a whole lot as it is, but this was even worse than I expected. I order ahead for curbside since I only had 30 before having to pick up my daughter, after 20 minutes waiting outside I almost had to leave the order entirely. It comes out just in time, fine, but the lady who brought it out couldn’t have been less personable. I greeted her and she just placed the tray on my window and waited looking annoyed without saying a word, ok fine. I thought I grabbed everything, thanked her, still she just stands blandly staring at me, I couldn’t see the straw still on the tray, she says nothing. I lean up and take the straw, thank her again, she walks away. Fine. We immediately take the fries out to eat while we drive back, Ice cold. Finally take out my quarter pounder… as pictured here you see more condiments on the outside than the inside, not even a full squirt in there, and the cheese only on half. Like how incredibly hard could it have been to make the most minimal effort during any of this entire experience?
