Horrible! The worst customer service. Yesterday, March 29th. My husband had ordered a dinner box via the app, got to the restaurant and after waiting for 30 minutes for the ordered he inquired why it was taking so long, one of the staff told him “we are short staffed and to just deal with it”. This was said to him very rudely, so he proceeded to ask for the manager. While waiting for her another customer was complaining that they have been waiting for an hour and a half for their order. The manger spoke to my husband, he told her what was said, and the lady who told them they were short staffed turned and called him a liar that she never said that to him and they are not allowed to tell anyone that. Another customer set and told them he heard her tell him that and she had told that customer the same thing. They were all very rude to all the customers but really snubbed their noses towards my husband. They must have thought he was homeless or something,( which is still not a reason) the way he looked. He was on his way home from a 13 1/2 hour work day, greasy, dirty, smelly. He was tired and hungry. He was waiting so long he ordered a soda for the wait. Now normally they give you your cup and you go fill it up yourself. There is no reason other then the staff thought he was homeless or something that she took his cup and filled it behind the counter then gave it to him, only other reason a employee would do something like that is to spit in his drink. No my husband did not drink it, he was suspicious already. He received the order finally after waiting an hour. He opened the dinner box to put napkins in it, he seen thee fries were soggy. So he asked for fresh fries. They took the dinner box back over the counter, which I am pretty sure they were not supposed to do, since Covid. After watching another employee moving hamburgers from one bag to another because orders were sitting so long they had gotten cold so they had to replace cold fries and what not on other peoples orders. So after a couple of minutes more she handed him the dinner back. He left Nc Donald’s under the impression we would have fresh hot fries. Got home opened the box. OMG!, Cold , not soggy but hard fries. So hard that when he handed them off to the dog, because clearly they were inedible for us, they crunched like the dog was eating a bone. Our whole box was cold and made wrong, missing ingredients. So wasted soda at the restaurant, wasted dinner box. Hard earned money wasted on garbage food, wasted time after being on his feet for over 13 hours at work. Poor guy just said forget it and had a bowl of cereal and went to bed. So then next day, Today comes. My husband is already at work , on a break he called the store manager Kim to make her aware of the situation, and her only comment was that she was not aware of any situation last night. She did not offer to fix our meal or refund for the soda, not even an apology. Horrible customer service, horrible food, horrible store maintenance. Old food and wrappers left on tables and on the floor that hadn’t been swept up. I am so appalled, me having worked fast food for over 15years being a store manager, the manager did not take the proper steps to make a bad experience right. Shame on this store and shame on the manager Kim. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this store, please just go anywhere else to eat, it’s not worth the disrespect and health violations. If you do decide to eat there, just don’t give the staff any reason to take your cup over the counter to fill, disgusting. Read moreThis place is absolutely H O R R I B L E. I am insane because I keep going back expecting it to be different. They ALWAYS mess up the order and I have gotten to the point that I don't use the drive thru because there is always something wrong when we get home. But last night Nov 16 2022 at 705pm was the last straw... We ordered a ten piece nugget meal with fries and a drink, on fish sandwich, add cheese, one spicy chicken sandwich, one bacon quarter. with cheese combo. We waited 25 minutes for our meals. The first thing we noticed was that the nuggets were overcooked. They were not inedible, but hard and the little on was very hungry and didn't want to wait again. Next she said her fries had no salt. She was right. None of the fries had salt. Next the bacon burger had no bacon, but a bite had already been taken. When taking it back to complain she was told a new one would be made it. 25 minutes later a fresh burger was ready. As my partner sat down to eat she realized there was yet again NO BACON! I held off on eating my fish sandwich as the ordeal was taking so long I didn't want my girl to have to eat alone, so I waited. When I opened my sandwich it had about a small spot of cheese. The tarter sauce was more visible than the cheese. Not to mention it was now ice cold. One employee told us to keep the sandwich and she will bring her some bacon. We asked for two fresh sandwiches. When we finally got our food it was obvious that the burger was the same burger and bacon had been added. More cheese had been added to cold fish sandwich none of the fries had salt. As customers began to complain an employee yelled out yeah we don't have any salt and offered a guy salt packets. Another guy wanted to order from the counter and just placing his order took about ten minutes because two employees, one of which I thought was a manager and supervisor, could not figure out how to get this man four happy meals and a shake. When all was said and done we had waited at this store for an hour, threw away fries that were cold and "yucky" according to my daughter, and did not eat together as a family. Out of all of this we were never given an apology or a compensatory treat, instead we given plenty of eye rolls, frustrated sighs, huffs and scoffs. Ridiculous. I blame all of this not on the kids who were working that night, but on poor leadership...

I am 100% not kidding when I say that this has to be the worst run/operated McDonalds in the history of the company. Order times are outrageous, lines are always long because of a lack of effort from the workers, the quality of the food clearly shows a lack of care from any employee, zero personality from said employees, zero care for quality control from said employees. Nothing about this restaurant screams professionalism. Yes, it's a McDonalds/fast food restaurant, but the workers there simply have zero concern for anything. Seen rolling their eyes at the simplest of tasks asked by the customers, as if they're such an inconvenience to them because THEY messed up the orders. The store is always in shambles in the dining area. Never any napkins, barely any ice in one of the two machines, sticky floors, nobody willing to help for anything. An old man stopped me when I walked in to tell me to go elsewhere since they were so bad, but when you have a kid who asks to go there, well, you go there. But, no more. Sorry, kid, :::insert any excuse:: and for that, we can't go to that one. Do not spend your money here. Then there's the outside. ALWAYS sticky floors. No lights working at all, super unsafe there. Bad, bad, bad. Whoever the operator is should have their license revoked. Fire all the workers, hire people that actually care about who they're providing food to. DO NOT GO TO...
