Terrible customer service when it comes to renewing my Target Rewards card and when I tried calling the number on the back of my card to renew it, nobody ever responds to my calls no matter what day of the week it is. Not only that nobody at Customer service renewed my Target card especially whoever is responsible for not responding to my calls about my Target card but because in the past year, prices have gone through the roof. I went to self checkout to make my final purchase and sure enough without my Target Rewards card, she overcharged me on my Target purchases. She told me if I had any questions about my purchase or about your Target Rewards card to go to customer service. I told her what happened but I don't think she even realized what occurred before I went shopping. I was told from a different Target location in Pennsylvania that I had the free opinion that I can renew my Target card without getting a new one and despite that there was 2 or 3 people at Customer service, they did absolutely nothing an did not care. They say we will help you if you go get a new Target Rewards card only or if you have a question about your purchasating to your Target card but I walk out the door with an expensive receipt and they could have saved me at least a dollar off my final purchases but sadly I got charged full priced for everything and nobody at Customer service non the 2 employees at self check out knew what they were doing? I am not sure if I will ever come back to this location because of both Target's experience prices and for the customer service I received. If you want to save money on groceries later? You are better off going to convenience stores,...
Read moreToday 04/25/24 my experience was extremely poor like is it usually is anyway. First I had a $10 off $40 household coupon that didn’t work at self check, and the clerk tells me I can’t use that coupon on clearance items. I pulled up the terms and conditions and it doesn’t even state it excludes clearance. I also didn’t get my $10 giftcard when I purchased the 3 qualifying household items which you guys have a sign. Lastly and to make matter worst I’ve been racially profiled for the third time coming to into this target. The first was on Aug 18,23 when I was purchasing a pool that was on clearance. The second time was on Oct 07 my husband forgot his wallet and I was standing at self check out and informed the clerk that I am waiting for my husband to bring me his debit card. The third time was TODAY April 25,24, I went in picked up 4 packs of bounty paper towels went to self check out scanned them all, asked the clerk why my coupon didn’t work she said because it supposedly “doesn’t work on clearance” it doesn’t say on the coupon but ok what ever. I turn around to call the clerk because my gift card was not scanning and guess who was standing directly behind me, 2 loss prevention individuals. Every time I go in and this specific clerk is there at self check and I have some sort of issue or question loss prevention magically appears. Continue to ratio profile me and I will be more than happy to sue you. I work for my money, and have absolutely no reason to steal anything. Also Target please ensure all your employees wear their name tags because the clerks at self...
Read moreI was shopping for under garments in Target when I noticed a man watching me. He was standing there staring straight at me, smiling, and talking to himself. My immediate thought is that this man was being inappropriate by watching me pick panties. I tried to ignore him but he stayed the entire time. I felt extremely violated and unsafe. I had my 5 year old child with me and for all I know this man was watching me to perhaps take my child. I kept my kid close and continued to shop. The man appeared again when I was in line to pay. Again, as a young woman I felt scared, uneasy, and violated because I had no idea why he was following me.
A few days later I kept thinking about it and it dawned on me that he may have been a secret shopper to prevent theft in their store. Which would have been okay if he was 1. more secretive about it and 2. Not a total creep. I understand the store has to take measures to protect itself from theft but the store should also be taking measures for their shoppers to feel safe. I shouldn't have to take a body guard with or leave my child at home for fear of his safely while shopping at this store.
I am writing this for 2 reasons: 1. There may be a creepy man walking around target looking for woman and children. 2. If he was a secret shopper please switch him with a more discrete secret shopper before he scares all the...
