I am not a coffee drinker, but my husband is (and loves the Vietnamese coffee). I love tea, and I am always willing to try something different. This place has some great drinks for our whole family. My little boys (6 and 9) love the Sunset Passion and Strawberry Hibiscus drinks. I love their Thai Ice Tea with no add-ons. I sometimes get two so that I can have one in the morning to get me prepared for my work day. Just don't drink it at night if you want to go to bed because it may keep you up all night. Maybe it is just me since I don't drink many drinks with caffeine. The Thai tea did help me wrap a lot of Christmas gifts, which I loathe doing. I have gotten the macarons, specially the pistachio (my favorite flavor), and it was delicious. It does cost $2 for a tiny treat, but it takes a lot of work to makes macarons. Therefore, I get it on days I need a pick me up, and I make it a special treat just for me. If my kids do exceptionally well in school or at home, I will get them one as well. I used to go to Starbucks (for their tea) and Coffee Bean (for the noncoffee drinks), but I found a new place that is closer to home. The people are always friendly, and there is no wait time in the drive-thru. Out of the ten times we have been there, we only had to wait like two minutes or less for the car in front of us to order. They also have an app where you could earn points for a free drink and order for pick up. This place is...
Read moreI can't believe I just discovered 7 Leaves Cafe until now. The location off of Durango near Crumbl Cookies in the Southwest is my now go-to, as the staff, drinks and overall place was simply put: amazing.
If you're overwhelmed by the menu and are looking for a delicious, sweet and addicting drink, get the Mung Bean Milk Tea, which was a Jasmine Tea with Mung Bean and Pandan Leaves. It's my go-to drink each and every time at 7 Leaves Cafe.
Yup, you heard that right. It had real Pandan Leaves. It brought us instantly back to our time in Bali, Indonesia. And yes, it’s also real Mung bean.
Overall, great work, 7 Leaves Cafe for opening up this new location. I'm definitely a huge fan and will be coming back often. Also, each staff member was also knowledgable, kind and patient. It was my partner and I's first time at 7 Leaves Cafe a few days ago and instead of rushing us, the barista walked through the menu, shared his own personal recommendations and shared which drinks were fan favorites.
My partner got the Taro Milk Tea, which he equally enjoyed. I tried a sip and it had an explosive, rich flavor.
See you again soon, 7 Leaves Cafe! If you're also looking for a place to work remotely and/or study, this place also isn't too shabby and is much cleaner than your neighborhood Starbucks.
Yes, they have tables. Yes, they have free WiFi. Yes, they have a drive-thru. Yes, there...
Read moreGoing here was like a fast food place that only served drinks, (rushed and the customer isn’t thought of). For years I’ve been searching for a drive through boba place since I’ve lived here and finally gave up. I looked again yesterday and saw that one had been opened for a while. it’s in a shopping area that you definitely have to have a good reason to go to because of how far of a drive it is from the main city. ANYWAYS I was SUPER disappointed. When I pulled up she asked me what I wanted (ok that’s normal), I told her I’d never been before so I’m looking at the menu (Which wasnt the best layout at all) then less than a minute later she asks me again did I know what I wanted. Feeling rushed with their not so good choices I ordered my drinks. The choices were lame and they didn’t taste that great. I guess there is a reason drive through boba places are rare. I’ll stick to walking into places…This is a place for tourists or people who don’t care if the drinks are good because they aren’t familiar with boba. PS they don’t mention milk options and I forgot to ask what they made their drinks with (that was my mistake), my drink gave me phlegm and I was up all night trying to get it out my system. This only happens to me with certain...
