this place is an absolute joke. The staff are a bunch of liars when I signed up in the first place they had told me I signed up to go to any location which they had lied about which they said is $69 and also the sign-up fee on top of that was another 62$ as well when I called and went to another location. They told me that I was not signed up for it so they had to charge me another $79. After that there’s been multiple occasions I have tried to end my membership. And they lied once again saying that I can end it in three months I called again and they said I had to wait another two months and ended up telling me I could pay $99 to end my membership which I had to do because I was tired of all the issues I’ve had with this place they don’t clean the equipment. The staff is very rude. DO NOT COME HERE . It’s not worth your money. Any time I’ve scheduled to go in there to use any of the saunas. There’s always been an issue. They’re always very judgmental and rude. Always come up with small ridiculous rules out of nowhere.the sauna stink. Don’t waste your money here. And don’t fall for the staffs lies to get you signed up all together they have scammed me for about 300 to $400 max on me trying to end my membership do not go here you in fact, did not give me a discount because it came out to $130. It was like a $62 on which I still have the receipts for so you’re clearly lying as an owner and it was your Your location that I went to with your stuff was lying and very rude and snobby. You should do a better job at hiring people to manage your location as of the pricing per month. I literally have receipts on my banking app stating that you guys charge me 64 month and then 84 a month so try again on that bank statements don’t lie but...

I just moved areas and this location seemed just convenient. I have the sweat everywhere option. I have two towels and a mat. Now I barely started coming maybe 2 weeks ago and still unpacking and well whatever. Anyways I'm used to great customer service. I'm used to my sauna being turned on and being able to borrow a towel (sometimes I just don't do laundry until the weekend) anyways I started coming here and it was fine... until the owner was here. I had been borrowing a towel because yes I forget my towel being in a hurry or don't wash it in time. My mat is always in my car though. But anyways she was here on of the days and you could tell she was annoyed I asked to borrow a towel. I get it. It's a business. But I've also been a a member for a while figure no issue. Anyways went in today and they're like well you have to buy one or rent one... which is 5 bucks. I don't mind. I've done it at the location I've signed up at. But it's nice. Anyways per the owner I have to spend money. It just rubs someone who is very dedicated to hotworx as long as I have and the time I put for another location to just be about the sale and not the service. I see the young girls come in and get sold the bundle which is funny because you can get a towel on Amazon for $20 a protein bottle as well and all the bands for less than 20 bucks. But anyways I was going to make this my location out of convenience. But just the experience overall is not accommodating to someone long term. It's more of the I'll be nice when you buy stuff vibe. As a sweat everywhere member you expect to be treated nicely at all locations but I guess money talks...

I love Hotworx! I originally signed up for the yoga classes, but fell in love with the cardio sessions. You can follow the instructions or turn down the sound and do your own thing. The saunas are hot and dark (when you turn the lights off), if you bring your headphones it's really easy to zone out and get a great workout in. I do a few HIIT sessions, then I go and sit in an ISO  sauna for 45 minutes to relax and have some thinking time.

There is a great rewards system for completing workouts, and there is also a great online community (facebook & reddit) if you are interested in connecting with other Warriors! If you are worried about working out with others, DONT! I have shared a sauna maybe 5-6 times during my entire membership. When I do have company I tend to go harder so I don't mind ;) The staff at this specific location are great! Allison the owner is super nice and clearly very passionate about her business and Hotworx. Staff at this location are constantly cleaning, (which is not something you see at other locations) the gym and saunas...
