Miz Lola's Pizzeria & Grill - Flamingo — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Food: Could use some seasoning not horrible bar food. We ordered appetizers that came out with meal. This could of been due to the bartender not running food or to many hands in the kitchen... (The manager walked out with a full bag of food, assuming they were back there cooking their food while making ours... Priorities, customers come first)

Food was definitely the best part of this experience.

Service: Bartender cared more about their phone and hovering over regulars. This explains why we didn't get refills for 20 minutes... I'm sure the service could be good if priorities were straight... This falls on Management as well. It takes a team, when the food was served the Manager dropped our food off noticed our drinks were empty. 1. the manager could of took initiative to refill our drinks 2. at least instruct their bartender to touch the table.

Atmosphere: Dark, R&B music, bartender singing for the whole bar to hear. You get the feel... For being a chain restaurant take pride in customers that pick your restaurant over the same restaurant two blocks away.

Over all 3/5 stars: has potential, manager greets with a welcoming smile but priorities are not there for...

We where there practically Sunday so 2:43 am to be exact me and my husband just stop by to get some calzones he prefer a Hawaiian… he got a sausage one we honestly didn’t say nothing anymore because when we got there Alexandra had attitude with us and there was some people there already we ask to dine in and she put our food to take out when we ask for silverware she slammed doors and was upset she never came ones to ask if we need something she was more busy hugging people then anything now let me tell u I’ve work In customer service before so I know … anyways we been here before This is our second time but the bartender before 12 am was wonderful that’s why we came back but now we know not to come after 12 am we loved the calzones here that’s why we came back but never again when Alexandra is here again !!! .. food is good costumer service...

This use to be my favorite spot, then they stopped industry discounts and then I just got off the phone with some girl working this morning trying to order food and called 4 times, then she rudely said no, kitchens closed, no cook. I only rated higher because my favorite bartender Richard there and never had anyone rude picking up the phone or bad service until I called a few minutes ago. Just getting off work And to be treated rudely after work is even more upsetting. Idc if you had a bad day, we all have those days, no need to be rude. Done with my rant, I recommend going when Richard bartending. Never been served or heard a girl before so...
