PT's Pub — Restaurant in Spring Valley

The food is terrible - if you ask for well done, you get medium rare / if you ask for your burger plain, you get stuff all over it. Also, the portion size on the side of fries is ridiculously small.

The service is also terrible - went in once and was told, "it could be a while." Went in a second time and was told, "It'll be at least an hour until I can take your order." Also, the cook slapped my plate down on the table hard enough for the fries to jump about an inch, and he didn't look at me or acknowledge me in any way.

If either the food or the service was any good, I'd go back. There aren't many options for bars with food in this area. But neither is any...

Idk her name, dirty blonde white woman bartender. Me and my lady were looking to get a drink at happy hour and she looked at us stupid before asking “what are yall ordering?” Proceeds to take our drink order asks if we’re sitting at bar or table because if it’s a table then to ask the server (really? Why didn’t you ask us for our seating option first.) So we proceed to find two chairs together at the bar, once we do 10 minutes go by and she doesn’t approach us. Yeah no thanks! Wasted our time we just went to Sagos up the street. 3rd bad experience here no more chance for this...

Would have given 4 stars if the advertisement on the building ddnt say food and spirits only to find that the food choices are tater tots and Mac n Cheese bites(nothing else)...lol but the service was GREAT AND THE POOL TABLES RUN FOR $5/HR...THERE ARE SOME SLOTS AND BAR GAMES BUT OTHERWISE THIS IS JUST THE TYPICAL BAR...AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE BUSTLE OF THE STRIP. I DID ENJOY THIS PLACE OVER ALL AND I WOULD GO BACK...RECOMMENDED TO THOSE TRYING TO AVOID THE CROWDS. DRINKS ARE...
