This has quickly gone from one of the worst locations in town, to one of the absolute best. I live across the street and have been coming here since they opened many years ago. I had stopped coming here for a long time because the iced espressos that I always order were always bitter and horrible. The food was never really very good either and the people that worked there were just weird and phony. I came here again for the first time a few months ago and I couldn't believe how good it was. I think they must have gotten new management or something because the employees that work here today, ARE FAR BETTER than crews of yester-year. They are very professional, friendly, and accurate with your orders. The espressos are CONSISTENTLY PHENOMENAL. Every time I order my triple or quad iced espresso (black), it tastes DELICIOUS and it always has those fresh "foam bubbles" on top. That used to never be the case many years ago. Also, the line used to be perpetually long & slow, while today it's always pretty short and fast. Iāve been getting this order for over 2 - almost 3 - years and never had any issue ordering like this. My total was always $2.44, $3.20, or the more recent price of $2.66. I never had any problems paying this amount until today I ordered like normal and was told I couldnāt order like this as itās a āMistoā. Letās back up, been ordering the same thing for the longest without being told this, why now? I asked the cashier if this was all across the board for every Starbucks and she replied yes. That canāt be if Iāve ordered this drink for two years, almost three and never got that response. Even paying for my coffee, and expecting to get what I ordered, there was no sugar in my coffee. I was greeted with instead of the warm, sweetness I crave every morning - a bitter mouthful of cream and coffee. I shouldnāt have to put a name on MY coffee order. Itās my order and Iām telling you how I want it. And, if I canāt order it like that, or it shouldnāt be like that, maybe have every Starbucks do that instead of giving someone different...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience, i just ordered a Grande Cappucino and noticed the cup felt light, i explained this to the girl and she said āit supposed to be like that, half liquid and half foamā so i mentioned ive been buying this same cup of coffee for a long time and it doesnt feel right and even my wife agreed. The girl said i should be ordering something else if i want some thing heavier, and stated that āthats because the other locations are doing it wrongā.
So we left but Curious so we transferred it to a different cup and viola, its half a cup of liquid!!!!
Please trace this order back and retrain this person in customer service.
