Listen I know things have been tough, and no one really wants to necessarily work this job because you have to put up with many rude people, for the most part my interactions have been pleasant with staff, but whether I've been ordering through door dash or directly through the taco bell app, every single time i've gotten my order (3+ times now) i am always missing items. The first time I shrugged it off because things happen/no big deal. But then it just keeps happening with every order. I get it, not a lot of people working there, and if you get in a rush it can be crazy, but the past 3 times now I have ordered food I am missing items, sauces, large parts of the orders. Today is one of the last straws. We made a huge order, and 1/4 of the order is just missing. We even waited 20 minutes upon arriving so they could bring it out to us parked in the front, you guys couldn't take an extra 2 minutes to check off the order and make sure everything was there? Not only that, the items missing were not dollar menu items, so we're missing about $10-12 in items off of a nearly $50 order. $10 is only $10 but when we're consistently missing items on orders these things add up. We were missing sauces, cheese sauce for fries, chicken ranch burritos, 5-layer burritos. Other orders I've also missed out on drinks or they've been only half full!! Yes one of the door dash orders I had they sent me a freezie that was only half full! That thing cost $5!! So this is just becoming a common theme instead of a one off chance. I think in total its about $20-25 worth of items over the past 3 times we've been there that we've just lost due to missing items, luckily doordash refunded the one with the half filled drink. Ridiculous.

The 2 girls working on July 18th at 9pm should be fired. I ordered through postmates a cheesy double beef burrito with NO sour cream and I received a burrito that was TERRIBLY folded, definitely had sour cream on it, and the tortilla was abnormally wet on the outside like the person who made it was using wet gloves or something... I tried to get a refund through postmates/uber but they refused, so I called the store since it was THEIR mistake. I asked if I brought the burrito in the next day, if I'd be able to get a refund. The girl on the phone hung up on me the first time before I could even get a word out. The second-fifth time they ignored my call. Finally by the 8th call they answered so I could request the refund. They snidely said they "don't even use postmates" obviously unaware that uber and postmates are the same company. Once I informed them of this (I say them because I'm certain I spoke to 2 different women throughout my 15 calls) the girl is clearly annoyed about being wrong and puts me on hold for a minute before hanging up the line without even responding to my question. So I obviously call back. After another few tries they answer, annoyed with me and I ask to speak to whoever is manager on duty because at this point I'm irritated and tired of being disrespected. They hang up yet again, and I continue to call again. After about 15 calls they took the phone completely off the hook without providing any help to me. Like children. Edit: found out the name of the employee that mistreated me was Kathy, who is a MANAGER. 🫠💀

Update on 6/25/24. At 2:26 pm. I went up to the counter to ask for a fork and the young ghettotard you hired couldn’t be bothered to hand me one. Instead she called for Jordan to do so. How lazy. If she was behind the counter then I’d assume that she was still on shift. Clearly someone who wants to do the bare minimum as an employee. Restrooms not properly stocked nor checked regularly. Workers here don’t care. Also they harbor vagrants who don’t even buy the food here, yet hang out for hours eating their own food.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU nightshift crew! In particular Haley, Debbi, and Terresa went above and beyond! As I pulled in this evening a violent homeless man tried claiming I tried hitting him. I would never even think to hit someone with my car, but I did suggest he pay better attention as he was only focused on his phone as he walked through this entrance intersection and apparently I now tried hitting him because I suggested that. He then proceeded to follow me up to the restaurant, I assume to yell at me and gods knows what because he is now screaming at my car. I pull around the building, he's following me. I usually get out and go in to order my foods. I like the interaction better, but because of this man I didn't feel comfortable getting out of my car. As he's following me after going around the building, he got really close to me and my front driver window and lunged at me. I felt threatened and scared. I decided to go through the drive-thru since this man was now blocking the only in/out entrance out of this place. I placed my order (Everything was made exactly correct. Even with my mods of easy beans plz and it was scrumdiddlyumcius!) and then let them know this man, who was now walking towards me through the drive-thru was following and harassing me throughout the parking lot. One of the workers stuck their head out and pointed with a question mark look, I said yes that was him. No other questions, the crew came out after helping with the one customer in front of me. Two members of staff sat outside until I received my food and ultimately convinced him to leave. Not before taking pictures of me and my car for my alleged crimes. This crew really went above and beyond to make sure your customers Taco Bell were safe! This location can get pretty rough at night... It is Vegas! The older lady that talks county about 5'7 170 lbs in her 40s to 50s ! White lady , Treats me like crap !and im sure others also ! She oways has a attitude you don't bit the people that put food on your table if its not for costumers you don't have a job! So I've been coming here for about 4 or 5 months pretty much every day ! They know my order! This lady takes my order chicken quesadilla cheesy rollup & 4 cinnamon twists ! I go to the drive-through I get my order I get home I open The bag and again they have messed up my order I called them up and I asked them and this lady answers the phone and I tell her this is not the first time I've done this and I've had to drive back up there if she could have the order ready when I get there she is a complete attitude she goes the freezer she forgot about those it on the counter and then start telling me that I need to throw the other bag away he doesn't apologize or anything like that she is completely nasty I ask her what is your attitude or she continues to tell me she's not throwing the bag away complete childish BS I said OK I said but why the attitude you always have an attitude every time I come in there and she's there I try to avoid her but just so happens this time it was it had to happen thing so anyway she starts cursing me out in the middle Taco Bell ! All because she can't do her job right! Like how hard is it to read the screen and fix a order??? Would love to know ! Never had to work at a fast good restaurant but it don't seem to be hard any wear else i go !! I have filed a report with taco bell about this lady ! And will keep going with my reports till she is no longer working there ! She hates her job anyway she should just quit now !!!!!!
