Naked City Pizza Express — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I am starting this review off by saying that the one-star reduction is NOT taking away from the taste of their food. Naked City has some of the best pizza in town. They don't offer different styles of crust, just, thick, rectangular, pan-style pizza, sold by 1/4, 1/2, and full sheets. The combinations on their pizza menu are well thought out and crafted masterfully. Now for where they lost the one star for me... Although their menu is extensive, don't trust the pizza selection online or on Google. They do not keep them updated. They have vegan selections on their menu, but only have one certain one that isn't even listed on their menu. Also... I have ordered twice from this place and each time, I was tild 20 mins, and each time, I waited 45 mins to an hour because they messed up one of our pizzas. I didn't drop another star or 2, because they have been 100% honest in telling me they messed up... and they have fixed it both times. We will continue to order from this place because of the honesty and exceptional flavor. They have NEVER tried to mislead me in any way. I will update after a few more visits. That 1 star isn't completely lost.

It’s a shame that the location on Arville closed down. Tried this location for the first time after wanted to for a while now. I had one child sit there and bark orders at anyone near his window to “put on a mask for me” this is a bar where people drink, need to have your mouth not covered while you’re doing that. Mean while there’s a nice young lady constantly apologizing for this child. Besides this the food took forever, tasted just as good as Arville but not worth coming to this location for. Food took forever, went to the window multiple times and was told it’s ready multiple times to just sit there for 5 minutes before I went back to my seat. The icing on the cake is I was served my food in to go containers even tho I was eating there. Wasn’t given any silverware. When. I went back up and asked for some this same child that was yelling at everyone says “we don’t have any” my response was “you’re a restaurant without silverware?” This child says “yup” and shrugs his shoulders. So needless to say, we won’t be going back there and probably won’t patronize ...

I've lived in the area for years an never knew there was a pizza joint within the Blue Diamond Saloon and best of all they have multiple Vegan options!!! You're able to order on their site however I wanted to order in person to get all the toppings right. (Didn't see a option on the site to type out specific alterations.) There was no lines, yet there were quite a lot of pick-up orders. For we waited 45min. Was nice because we played a free game of pool. (Don't know if it is usually free but the balls were set up an no one touched it for half an hour.) Lol Next time I will order via phone a hour n advance. Now the foods! Couldn't be any more happier! We got the big 1/2 sheet Vegan Green Italian Pizza and the Vegan Garlic Cheesy bread. The pizza was bomb but the cheesy bread won it for me. Best cheesy bread I've ever had, an it is not even real cheese. Vegan pizzas is hard because most plant based cheeses have a bit of a off taste; not this place though. Finally found a good plantbased pizza joint and its just a few...
