Ok so I love Chic Fil A, Normally, but I have been twice in two days, and I just have to say that their rush in needing to make it so fast serving, is making it go down hill. I have done a mobile order twice now both in the last two days, and my question with that is, what is the point of a mobile order if you still have to wait? Everywhere else the make it and it’s ready when you arrive, but not here. The order yesterday, I pulled up to the drive thru, told the guy my name, he pulls up the wrong order and repeats it to me, I say no I had this and told him my order. He sits there and questions me and says how strange it is as I show him my order on my phone, and can’t figure out why they match up, well it ended up he pulled up the wrong name after I told him my name and he repeated it. So then the drive thru was back up with one car at the front, total of 6 in the line (which is rare) but I had to wait, even though I had ordered ten minutes before, just not understanding the point, when it’s honestly quicker just to pull up and order. Then I go back this morning to get my boyfriend breakfast and I said ok I’ll give this mobile order ONE more shot. I say I’ll pick it up inside instead of drive thru since that wasn’t a good experience! So I order, go in, walk right up get a receipt and my drink I ordered. Stand there for about 7 minutes while I watch everyone move really fast to serve the drive thru and dining room, and not once did anyone ask me ma’am have you been helped, or what are you waiting on. So I finally say to the girl who took my order, ma’am is my mobile order ready, she turns around clueless and asks someone who is making the bags and the girl says yeah it’s right here. So the whole time my food was ready and no one grabbed it to pass it out or announce to me it was ready. Although I’m pretty sure my order wasn’t even started until I got there, so once again they don’t make it until you arrive which I understand the “staying fresh” part but mobile order should be a something used to make the process faster not slower, if they start it when I arrive I may as well just order there. Got home, one chicken mini didn’t have a bun, the hash browns are LIGHT brown, barely cooked, and I normally love love love chic fil a and their service and how fast they are and how polite they are but two days in a row I just wasn’t satisfied! I felt like I was at McDonald’s, and I honestly just think if they slowed down a tad, food would be cooked and made correctly and they would continue to have the best quality of food and service when it comes to fast food! Also, not to continue to rant but just remembered not too long ago, I was given then complete wrong order at this chic fil a, and was going to a dr appt in Katy so couldn’t even eat for a few hours until I returned to that area, and once they were really busy and the cars in the drive thru had moved up and the girl was talking so fast I couldn’t understand her and she then asked me “can we walk and talk so we can get more people in line” I’m sorry “no” because that is not safe and if I run over you or hit something else because I’m driving while looking and talking to you about what food I want I can’t focus on what’s in front of me. Read more08/18/2025: it’s better to order curbside pick up. I chose drive thru just hoping things be different but to my disappointment they messed up order again. I clearly asked for biscuit sandwich instead of muffin but I got English muffin and no sauce was given. Very poor staff at drive thru this morning. Not friendly and messing up order again. Totally unacceptable
02/14/2023: I had very bad experience again. The lady at drive thru didn’t pay attention to my order and I got was wrong order. I went back inside the restaurant and try to explain but staff inside was even worse. She never asked what I ordered she just listened half of what I said and gave incomplete order. It’s jus waste of time. Horrible staff at drive thru on left lane at 9:30 am on 2/14/2023 and lady staff inside.

Have been regular to this restaurant but past couple of week the curbside order through mobile is not up there. They messed up order couple of times in two weeks when I called them to check the manager says he will give free drink or food but doesn’t try to understand what went wrong. Read moreI will say for the most part this location is good. The food is always fresh and the staff is usually extremely friendly. I recently started delivering for DoorDash and the last 2 days I have had 3 bad orders missing food. I like how it is sealed for the customer but as a driver we rely on you guys to make sure everything is in there. Yesterday August 17th a salad was forgotten so I had to drive back. The manager who was outside was not too friendly about it and blew me off. The salad was finally brought out to me in a sealed bag and I asked if the salad dressing was in there. The supervisor/manager assured me it was in there. I got it to the customer and no salad dressing. When I returned I asked the manager for some coupons for this customer or something and he replied he had nothing. Not to mention I don’t get paid for return visit like this. It is a busy location like all of them but 3 lines may be too much to keep the consistency of correct orders.
