Terrible service and below-average food. My family and I spent approximately $75 and couldn’t even get a drink refill. The waiter never checked on us, and the overall experience was disappointing. We only came here because Pho Viet Tastes off Sawdust and 45 is closed on Sundays, but I’ll definitely be returning to Pho Viet Tastes in the future. Their food is much better, and the service is always attentive and friendly. I won’t be coming back to Tt Pho.

My family and I arrived at approximately 6:15 PM on 12/29. The "Open" sign was off, so I called to confirm your closing time on Sundays. The man who answered the phone replied, "8 PM, like always," as though I should have already known.
When we entered, the waitress was dressed unprofessionally for a family restaurant, wearing tight leggings. She seemed annoyed while taking our drink order. When she returned with our drinks, she tossed the straws onto our table, appearing upset. After taking our food order, she never came back to check on us.
The restaurant was not busy when we arrived. Our food was delivered to the table, but my husband's soda ran out while he was eating his soup. No one checked on us, so I had to get the attention of another employee passing by after my husband had waited a long time. Later, when my water ran out, I waited so long for a refill that my husband had to go to the counter himself to get it for me.
We noticed other tables around us being attended to, but for some reason, ours was ignored. Finally, I got up to pay and mentioned to a man wearing a black hat at the register that no one had check on us while we ate. He responded by saying it was because they were busy, which didn't reflect what we observed.
As we left, my daughter noticed the man in the black hat approach the waitress who had been wearing the tights, and they laughed as we exited. Spending $75 at your restaurant and being treated this way is unacceptable. We...
Read moreStaff was friendly and food was reasonably good, but we were forgotten about by 3 different servers and as a result, we were there over an hour for Pho and a sandwich. It only took us 10-15 minutes to eat at most, so the rest of the time was us sitting there being ignored. Went there on a Sunday for lunch. Was quickly seated and our drink order was taken. We weren't ready to order food, but once we decided what we wanted, we sat our menus down to indicate we were ready. We then we sat for over 10 minutes ready to order, making eye contact with the waitress who I guess forgot we were her table because she went over and started taking a table's order that came in way after us. We grabbed a waiter and asked if he would take our order and he apologized that our waitress forgot about us. Our appetizer quickly came out. My daughter's Pho came out in a fairly reasonable amount of time, but then I had to wait another 10 minutes or so to get my sandwich, while watching my daughter eat. I had been sitting for about 15 minutes out of water, so when my sandwich was dropped off, I asked the server (3rd person to wait on us) if she could please bring me some water. After my request she brought drinks to several tables around us, and was even behind the counter hanging out, but failed to bring my water until my daughter made eye contact with her and I guess she finally remembered. Pho was tasty. Sandwich was tasty but a little sweet and lacking meat. I wouldn't order it again, but it was acceptable. We finished eating and sat there staring at the 3 people that had waited on us, trying to figure out which one was now our server because we needed a to go box. Gave up and ended up going up to the counter to ask for a to go box, which still didn't send a light bulb to anyone that we needed our check because we sat for 12 minutes waiting for our check. Again, over an hour for Pho and a sandwich, when it only took us 10-15...
Read moreExceptional Service! I am so incredibly happy to experience my favorite Pho restaurant how I remember it! Clean, timely service, great environment! Bad experiences happen, but this restuarant not only provided a great response, but also invited me back to re-experience dining here; I did, with my family, and it was all around a great experience. I appreciate, how this was handled and look forward to many more experiences here with friends and family. Special thank you to Kira, who served us today and did an amazing job! Also the staff who made our experience great.
Previous visit that was handled exceptionally well:
Customer service is priceless, and that is not at all what I have received here. I have been a loyal customer throughout the pandemic, and even now with more resturants opening up. Today I waited well over ten minutes, and still no one came to my table to service me; I watched the waiter service the man behind me, I watch the young lady clean off multiple tables, and I even watch the two of them clean off tables together in harmony. It wasn't until I walked up to the front counter to request a manager, that the young man even bothered to address me. When I spoke to the manager, he said that they are new and in training, and that he trained them. The truth is that they are not new, and I would know that because I typically went here 1 to 2 times a week. Apology is the best way to correct a wrong, and choosing to wait a loyal customers table with the "New" waiter to show them how its done would have been the best approach....Not excuses for such terrible customer service. I hope it was worth losing a loyal customer, and my husband and daughter, and every friend we have ever told about this restuarant.
P.s. I supported my local pho restaurant on my birthday, and I could have easily...
