I've been waiting patiently to hear back from Domino's but still haven't recieved a call so I'll write this review instead. Firstly, I won't tell you where to spend your money but I would not recommend this place for pizza. So this is what took place. One night I brought a friend to get pizza on our way there he was telling me the total was about 26/27bucks I'm thinking he had at least 2 boxes of pizza we get there and it's 1 box and 1 drink. Im confused. We ask what happen the guy in the window was immediately upset. After my friend went back and forth woth him we asked for the manager just for an explanation. So she nice in the beginning but then she became agitated and asked so what do yall want. Instead of explaining why it was so much she tried to make us buy another. No mam. Finally we start to get somewhere she told us to wait for a fresh pizza. While we waited in the car there was a car off to the right of us and one off to the left of us. The guy on the right had just gotten his pizza opened it looked over it shook his head pulled off a pepperoni ate it. Sneezed into his shirt then closed the box to take it back inside so im thinking that's disgusting. He gave it back to get a new box but the guy in the window handed the guy that was in the car to the left of me the old box. 😣😣 I was beyond disgusted. The guy got in his car as im trying to open my door and wave him down he was driving off as if we was in a rush. So I didn't get the chance to tell him. Read moreI am writing this review to detail an absolutely appalling experience at Domino’s today. My order, which was remade due to a serous hygiene issue, was still returned with major problems, and the situation was made worse by an incredibly rude and unhelpful employee who refused a refund. The first pizza I received had a hair baked directly into the cheese. This is a severe health and safety violation that is unacceptable under any circumstances. I was completely disgusted but decided to give the restaurant a chance to fix the mistake. The second attempt was somehow even worse. When I opened the box for the remade pizza, a significant wet substance was smeared across the top of the food, rendering it inedible. This is beyond comprehension—how can a replacement order be even more contaminated than the first? It shows a complete lack of care and sanitary standards in the kitchen. When I asked for a refund, the worker at the counter was completely unhelpful and combative. They flat-out refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that I had received two contaminated orders. The customer service was just as terrible as the food quality. To top it all off, the employee handed me the box in such an unsecure manner that the pizza nearly slid out and onto the floor. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking. This experience was a complete failure on every level. The health and safety standards are clearly nonexistent, and the staff is completely untrained in basic customer service. I will be reporting this incident to the local health department. Read morestore is severely understaffed, which surprised me since this location is corporate owned, and ran by a district manager. anyways, i had set up my order so it would arrive around my lunch break. it never arrived. i called to switch the order to carryout and they never picked up. went to the store anyways since it's close to my job, and found them barely prepping the orders for delivery. keep in mind store is severely understaffed, and i am not making a fuzz either, althkugh i wish they had suggested for me to dp carry out instead, i have had other stores call me in the past when they didnt have enough drivers and suggest carry out.this was an online order btw. anyways girl in charge was peeved at this, and refused to give me my refund for the delivery fee amd driver tip because she was too busy fullfilling orders, and that i had to learn to be patient. since the store was severerily understaffed, i decided to leave and call later to request the refund, but i did call corporate because the lead was beyond rude, but then again, i had to learn to be patient. in the end i called two hours later and lead blows up and threatens me to deny my refund and let all employees know to not refund me until she did it. in the end i had to contact corporate because i am very impatient. really tried my best to not escalate, but things happen. I really hope this was just a one time fluke and not what the company stands for...because again, this store is...
