This service is really bad. I shouldn't have to buy anything to use the restroom. They have a code on the restroom door which they wont give it to you unless you buy something. So I got a salad and while there noticed somethings that management should be aware of today. The communication of the workers is extremely rude and unacceptable. We are the customers and if you don't like your job in food service please leave and find somewhere else to work. If a customer is getting on your nerves you don't need to roll your eyes or start throwing things. The worker with blonde hair in the back was mad a woman ordered honey butter so she throws it at her coworker a short big back Hispanic lady. The whole experience was unacceptable from the moment I walked in the door. The floor was extremely oily or greasy . The worker in the front who waited on me was working hard the entire time and so was a black guy in the back you could see they are the hardest workers they had in their this morning. I was waiting on my chicken salad which took 15 mins to make so I had the opportunity to see them interact with a few people. Each interaction was rude or hostile. This isn't something paying customers should be encountering early in the morning. I didn't appreciate the way the short big back Mexican girl had an attitude with everyone. When my husband needed the code to the restroom they acted so reluctant to give it to him. I don't appreciate being treated like that when I'm paying to eat there so this location I don't suggest to anyone. They even was rude to a mentally disabled man who.seems to be a regular customer. I even seen the manager walking around mad and talking under her breath like she was mad at everything around her. They need to be glad someone hired them and is giving them hours because I'd send them home or replace most of them. Someone from management needs to explain communication skills is more than just talking. If you have poor non verbal communication like the sighing , eye rolling , hand on the hip, nonchalant attitude that is a negative impact or reflection of any business. Who want to order a meal that's already over priced and hand my money to little miss duck lips save it for the Gram this is work. 06/01/24 at about 1:45am I ordered three burgers. (One regular bacon cheeseburger, a kids meal burger with cheese added to it, and a double meat cheese burger) all were supposed to have cheese on them and I also ordered a strawberry shake (was told at the drive through that they did have shakes.) While ordering, I had to repeat some of my orders twice because the girl at the window "was talking to someone". After repeating my order again there was a pause and then a laugh and she continued to keep taking my order. Receiving my food none of the burgers had cheese on them except for the bacon cheeseburger. There were also veggies on all burgers and only one burger was supposed to have veggies. They also never gave me my strawberry shake but I was charged for it. When I called to let them know they messed up my order, a young guy answered the phone and hung up after I stated my problem. I called again and he answered rudely, to where I told him there were no cheeses on any of the burgers ordered. He does a quick check and tells me they can remake one burger, but the kids meal burger I didn't ask them to add cheese which I did twice. (The asst Leader, the other young lady) I believe, also assited me. It isn't often we find young ppl so responsible, patient and courteous to elders such as myself, There was also a young man gave my other order that was very nice and respectable, yet professional when I received my 2nd order. Then It begin pouring rain, I just stayed and ate my Whatafish/onion rings and šshake until the rain eased up. Then a man, possibly manager came out and ask if I would like to roll up to table, I declined, let him know I was fine at front table. After rain stopped and I was preparing to leave- they even bidded me existing manners. My point in all of this, U have an awesome staff that shift I can only pray that your entire staff in this store and other locations are as attentive as this shift of employees.
