If you guys want KFC don’t even bother coming here! Probably one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. I placed a mobile order after having my partners wisdom teeth removed. She told me she wanted KFC mash potatoes & mac and cheese. I ordered 2 large mash potatoes, 2 large Mac and cheese. Once I got there I was notified my mobile order was ready. I walked in my food wasn’t ready. They finally acknowledged me after waiting 5 minutes at the counter. After I told them I was there for a pickup the manager came back and told me the mac and cheese was unavailable and would probably be 20 minutes and that I can substitute. I said let me ask. Mind you my partner got her wisdom teeth removed less than an hour ago she can’t have fries, green beans, corn or cole slaw. She needed soft food so I told them can we just get a refund for that mac and cheese. They side glanced each other and gave me a rude look like “we would have to cancel the whole order and place a new one” I said yeah that’s fine we can do that. They gave me an unprofessional look like why won’t this crazy girl just pick a substitution…well cause we don’t want it. They walked away and I assumed they were gonna cancel the order. I waited 5-10 minutes just to go back to the counter and ask what’s going on? They asked me “if I canceled the order?” I said no I thought you guys cancel it you didn’t say anything on how I cancel they told me I had to call. The manager just kept shrugging his shoulder multiple times like “idk what you want me to do”. At this point I’m agitated and annoyed. I’m tryna get home so my partner can rest up. I just said whatever how long for the mac and cheese since at this point I’ve already waited 20-30 minutes of my life. He goes hold on he’ll go check. He came back said 4-5 min ended up going home with uncooked and hard macaroni. Never ordering from here. Popeyes would’ve been a better option and there mac and cheese and mash potatoes taste better. Then told to pull over to a parking space and they would bring it out. The drive thru guy came out after 5+ min to tell us they gave our order away, so we waited more. After 21 min of parking/waiting I walked up to the drive thru window to ask what was going on. I was told they made more tenders (part of our order), but they gave them away and had none. He said he was about to come out to tell us. My wife and 2 of my kids were waiting in the car. I asked him, so you waited 20 min to tell me you screwed up again? I asked isn't this a little messed up. He agreed, yes. And I asked what can we do about it, what can we do? I then had to offer substitutions or ideas. This whole time I think 5 employees stopped doing anything and just stood staring at me. I wasnt yelling or anything, but apparently worth standing around and not doing anything. We traded out tenders for regular chicken. We left with regular chicken no tenders and 2 free lemonades. The chicken was half legs, everything seemed small and old. The single chicken breast (from part of our original order) was tough and the macaroni and cheese tasted like vomit. First, they are understaffed, and employees have no sense of urgency. today I ordered 2 P GRL B/WBOX $6.99, and it took 15 mins for my order to be ready. (ToGo Order) on Saturday Nov 21st I ordered 8 Piece Long John Silver Family Pack and it took 25 minutes for my order to be ready and half of the order had old batch of Fish (stale not fresh) There is no Manager on site to address Customer service issues. Today the chicken pieces were too small (one small wing and small piece of griiled thigh) forgot to include the Cole Slaw and I had to ask the personnel to correct the order. I was on my Lunch Break and was late to return because of this incident. I would suggest proper Traning and add sufficient staff, specially now that it is holiday season that would tremedously help this store. I personally would not be going to this location unless there is some actions taken by the franchisee to improve service and make sure family and friends do the same. I would like to take this opprtunity to point out that It is considered a fast food restaurant and expectation is for the order to be fresh and get in timely manner.
