Koto Sushi&Ramen — Restaurant in Spring

Ordered online & were told 20min until food was ready. Arrived, told them I had an order I was picking up, was told to sit, didn’t take my name or ask any questions. It’s Friday night I completely get the busy-ness, however, while I was sitting waiting I noticed bags of food sitting in the back counter, one of them being mine. I waited for 20minutes before I got my food.

Aside from that, the food was great. The chicken ramen is very tasty, comes with half an egg, chicken is fresh & tender, & the typical toppings. Shaggy dog roll was delicious, fresh, & no complaints, it’s a classic. Fried rice is perfect! We enjoy having ample protein in the fried rice.

Will be returning, seems to be great service when you dine in. Hope they fix this...

Came in a family date night Tuesday Night and it started off very good . Our server was nice and efficient. Appetizers were great we got the gyoza and skewers. But we waited almost 30-35 for our entree . We all had gotten hibachi , the server came out and let me know that chef cooked out protein and veggies before our rice and also that the owner had just fired the chef as well . So we waited an additional 15 minutes for our fried rice. Which came in a very small bowl , to pay for hibachi pricing to get a small portion is not okay . Koto Sushi & Ramen has quickly become our absolute favorite Japanese restaurant, not just in Spring, but anywhere we’ve traveled. Truly the best sushi and sashimi we’ve had!!! The sashimi is unbelievably fresh and melts in your mouth, and the way they pair the different flavors is world class. Presentation of the food and plating is beautiful as well.

The restaurant itself is gorgeous, with decor and lighting that strike the perfect balance between classy elegance and cozy comfort.
