MB Speakeasy - Old Town Spring Live Music — Restaurant in Spring

I would give it a zero if it was possible... Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. We sat at a table and were completely ignored, so we ended up ordering food at the bar with the bartender/waitress. After waiting over an hour, we asked about our food, and the waitress acted like she never even put the order in. When we asked to speak with a manager, the male bartender came over not to listen or try to resolve the issue but to immediately speak down to us in a rude, condescending tone. He didn’t ask what happened, didn’t apologize, and instead accused us of being “rude” simply because we asked about our missing order.

Not only did they fail to provide basic service, but the management’s behavior was unprofessional and combative. Instead of trying to fix their mistake, they doubled down with arrogance and disrespect. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how poorly the place is run behind the scenes.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration go...

I don’t review often, but this speakeasy is fantastic every time I go. I love coming here after work and getting a drink and listening to their live music. The atmosphere is relaxing but lively, a perfect place to unwind. Aside from having great cocktails they also have the best selection of thoughtfully curated mocktails that I’ve seen. The mocktails are well balanced and don’t feel like they’re missing something. Last time I was there I tried their dessert platter (pictured) which blew my expectations out of the water. I then learned that the baklava, and other pastry (can’t remember the name) was made locally by a small vendor! The staff is always so kind, and the musicians are always so talented and entertaining. I dropped in with a friend to check the place out. The bar was nice and cool, & looked good. There was some top brand liquor bottles there that all looked friendly. There were 2 beautiful young ladies behind the bar and 2 beautiful young ladies sitting at the bar. The place was looking Good! We had a few drinks and the ladies told us to come back later to a birthday party. Which we did. We had a great time meeting everybody and drinking some really good liquor at decent prices served by some very nice bartenders. The drinks are all well made and the service is great.
