Smo'Cain BBQ Food Truck — Restaurant in Spring

This was a lovely surprise! We saw this food truck outside of our complex and said why don’t we have that for dinner and I’m so glad we did! Where do I start the cashier was super nice, my husband said he enjoyed his two meat plate and that it was super juicy and flavorful. My pulled pork sandwich was awesome, the Mac and cheese I loved it’s super creamy with a hint of jalapeño peppers and the stuffed jalapeños are to die for there super crispy and creamy and everything you could want! OMG!!! If you and your family need someplace to eat you might not have tried….or want a place you remember you Loved? Do yourself a favor and hit up this BBQ Truck!!! The Brisket and Pork were so good and the Potato Salad and Cole Slaw were equally tasty!!! We ordered the 2 meat plate, jalapeno poppers and a Brisket Burrito. The Burrito was GONE before I realized I forgot to take a photo. But let me tell you, it was So good! We will definitely bring the family back here. A nice new addition to the Rayford...

The Jalapeno poppers were among the best things I've eaten in awhile. Smokey Philly Cheesesteak filling wrapped in bacon, smoked but somehow remained crispy. Shockingly good. The brisket had great flavor but was a bit undercooked, kinda chewy. I don't use bbq sauce but I did try it, good with an interesting flavor. Maybe bourbon? Added to the slightly spicy sauce.
