We just moved to the neighborhood and are in walking distance to this location. It's a double edge sword lol. Yay for easy access but I give condolences to my husband's wallet.

My one year old son and I come here often and everytime has been a good experience. All of the staff have been very friendly and sweet. My son likes to ride his little red car there and I bring it in to make sure it doesn't get stolen and they've never complained about it.

I feel they make effort to do their job right. For instance, last night we were in the drive through and it appeared they were training a new employee. The girl that was checking us out sent back the cup with a single scoop of ice cream because it didn't have the proper amount.

I appreciate how friendly they are. I'm one tired momma 90% of the time and it's nice to know that everytime I go my order won't be a hassle, it's done correctly literally every time, and I'll see some friendly people. It can sure be a pick me up If your kiddo is throwing you for a loop...

We always hope that this location gets better every time we try it again, but they always fail to please. Tonight, we tried the new tiger milk bubble tea. Ordered three cups. We were so excited for these, but when we tried it, there was a strong flavor of cinnamon. It tasted almost like a diluted horchata or cinnamon chai. Looking at the description of the Tiger milk tea on Baskin’s page, there is no mention of cinnamon whatsoever. So we thought to call this location to ask. The lady on the phone did not try to help and stated that it was supposed to have cinnamon, there’s nothing she could do, and she didn’t know what to tell us. Gone here multiple times and never had a good experience. Today I went to get ice cream for my mother and I and when I went through the drive thru they informed us that they only had 10 random flavors... they didn’t have mint chocolate chip or rocky road or any of the basic most common flavors. I’ve had two door dash orders wrong. They never have nuts and hardly ever have hot fudge and twice I have got my ice cream in a water cup with no lid instead of the regular Ice cream cups with lids all the other locations have. I’ve also gone and they were out of spoons so they gave me a tiny sample spoon. Idk who is in charge of ordering for this location but they don’t do their job. I will continue going to the...
