Ayala's Panaderia — Restaurant in Springdale

The bread here is good I will not take that away from them, but the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! The place is packed all the time which is great for them but they never have enough employees to take care of the customers. The ones they do have are incompetent. They only have 2 cashiers and the line goes around the entire room. You cannot tell where it starts. Furthermore you cannot get to the product because of all the people. During pandemic times this is a COVID hot spot. There are minimal measures to keep people safe. Also the cashiers never have their stations prepared and they have to walk to each others stations to get what the need. The best panaderia / bakery in NWA! Great selection and very yummy bread. It is always fresh. Very cheap prices as well. Wish they had more parking. But still it's great. Grab a tray and tongs, then select the bread & sweets you want. Take to the checkout. Masks required during Covid.

Edit: Need to stop parking the Ayala’s delivery truck right in the front of the store in an illegal parking spot! It’s a BLIND SPOT for anyone trying to pull out from the back parking lot. Very very difficult to leave if that truck is in the way. Has a huge back & you can’t see both ways AT ALL! Almost causing wrecks of multiple cars because of that stupidity.
